Great location right on the beach!. Wonderful staff! We didn't get the room we requested so we had to get another room for the same price. Paid twice as much! Parking was pretty tight. Not made for big trucks or larger suv. The remote for the TV didn't work.

Terrible parking; parking spots way too narrow; you will likely risk damage to your car. Office staff not very friendly; non smoking policy ignored; there were not enough blankets for a family and when we asked, they had no more. (Blankets are one thing you expect to have when you stay in a hotel. If we had not brought some of our own, I would have asked for a refund and left the hotel.) I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will not be booking this place again. Very disappointed!

That it was on the beach The staff were extremely rude, which set the tone for our entire stay. There were kids running everywhere with what seemed like little to no parental supervision, making it difficult to relax. The property itself is very outdated. We booked a king suite, but it was incredibly small and had an unpleasant odor. The TV in the living room didn’t work, and the couch was worn out, sunken in, and honestly looked dirty. There are signs posted everywhere warning about extra fees. For example, you’ll be charged if you track in too much sand, yet they don’t provide a broom to clean it up. They also charge additional fees for dirty dishes, which felt excessive. The bathroom smelled rotten, and the entire room felt dingy and in need of a deep renovation. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. We were placed on the third floor with no elevator, which made carrying luggage a hassle. Despite signs stating that personal speakers weren’t allowed, guests were playing loud music anyway, and it didn’t appear to be enforced. They also require a $20 deposit for the room key, which is refunded only if you remember to return it. To top it all off, we paid nearly $600 for just two nights, and the experience wasn’t even close to justifying the price. Between the rude staff, outdated and poorly maintained room, excessive fees, and lack of enforcement of their own policies, this was one of the most disappointing places we’ve stayed. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The beach by the hotel is beautiful. The room was perfect. We did not use the pool! Location! However we got a great price so it was worth the Ubers to the concert.

I had to go back to work and couldn't stay longer

Close to the beach Furniture was old with burn holes in cushion. Mattress on pull out sofa and sheets were disgusting. Had to go get clean sheets and mattress protectors. Pool closed at 8. Shower curtain and window screens ripped and torn.

Close to the beach I had issues connecting my devices to their WiFi.

Room dirty, hair in shower, the gentleman at check in weren’t very nice.

Nothing Was supposed to have a ocean view. We were on the ground floor and our view was the parking lot with cars in front of us. The kitchenette did not have a frying pan or spatula. Also Harley any type of way of cooking anything. One of the pots still had crusted food I guess from when other people were there. It was dirty and you needed to have a lighter to light the top of the stove. The grill area was dirty and disgusting. Did not even want to use that. The property claimed no smoking on the property however, there were people walking around smoking and management did nothing to tell them not to do that. Nice location. No restaurants close by.

The refrigerator and freezer did not work....all of our food spoiled while we were at the beach. The replaced it with another old dirty one.....after I told them about it twice. The shower was aweful and the whole place was dirty. The parking is so close together that everyone's cars have marks on them.

The location, right on beach and a nice quiet area The room lacked proper cleaning and maintenance. Although the room and refrigerator were spacious, I believe maintaining cleanliness is crucial for customer comfort and satisfaction. The beds were comfortable but poorly made, with no fitted sheets. I was disappointed with my stay but persevered for my children's sake, given the effort it took to get there. Unfortunately, I won't be staying again. We did enjoy the pool, location & it being right off the beach.
