Paradise Oceanfront Resort

Upon arrival we were greeted by the most friendliest staff and checking in was streamlined. Clean rooms and complete grounds. Great efficient staff.

The room was right by the beach, it was quiet, clean and spacious. But the bed was really uncomfortable.

The place was clean, the staff was so friendly and nice, when I stepped off of the property, I was on the beach . Wish I stayed longer but I’ll be back soon

Very clean and very nice staff. Walk to boardwalk is 2.5miles so we took car but parking is 10-20 dollars. Otherwise quiet location and easy walk to beach

Very clean everywhere. Great deep wildwood crest location. Room was updated and again very clean. Pool was heated and good temperature. They have grills and were clean and nice. Lots of seating area to sit and lounge about. Lots of rules so there was no shenigans going on anyplace. Very quiet and good for couples. Cleaning lady was excellent and very freindly. Charging four dollars for ice. When other hotels in wildwood its free or a quarter. The room was your standard wildwood hotel room, however, it is on the smaller-side of your standard wildwood motel room. So be aware of that. It may look similar to other hotel rooms but its a bit tighter. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough. Was a weird design. Blowing cold but the room felt warmer then we liked. No temperature selection. Just a on and off kinda deal. Check out is 10am and not 11pm. They are very very strict about everything. Manager hovers and makes his presence known all over hotel everyday. Signs and lots rules everywhere. They are a bit over the top with it. Everywhere you look sign yelling at you for something. Annoying and going to far. It didnt affect us at all. We didnt get in any trouble. Still annoying made us feel like we were children and being watched.

Nothing. Manager claimed they did not have our reservation through Booking . Com, yet she was able to pull it up on the computer and show it to me. They had no rooms left so we were stuck with no where to stay after a 4 hour drive. Manager was very rude and not at all sorry or helpful.

Property check in and personnel were great. Room was good but bathroom could be better.
