The beds were clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The rooms were meh, but the real issue was the roaches. We checked in 2 different rooms and both were infested with roaches. We checked out due to this issue and was denied a refund. Management is aware of the problem but stated "they spray twice a week" will never go back here ever again..

Nothing Roaches in room, room phone didn't work, no cable for an entire day., breakfast not as pictured on their website.

The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there.

They have freezer. It was disgusting. As soon as we walked into the room, cockroaches scattered in all directions. There was someone else's hair in one of the beds—gross! The bathtub was peeling; I was afraid to step into it barefoot. We overslept and missed breakfast, and they wouldn't even let us take some instant oatmeal or apples. (Okay, we overslept that part was our fault) but breakfast was already paid for, surely giving us two apples wouldn't have been too much trouble.

The pool was okay, but it had pigeons in it. The room smelled musty. The breakfast was continental breakfast. I would not recommend it to other families.

I paid for a clean, safe room, but the accommodation provided did not meet those basic standards. I recommend you remove this hotel from your website.

The front desk gentleman was very kind and understanding of the situation. Dirtier than I’m use to, multiple bugs were found in the room. Definitely a “trucker” motel

It's needs to be updated the door is missing the room number did fine like three cockroach the bathroom seriously needs to be updated it was clean ,though for two days with my family and the price it was doable the staff is very nice respectful and polite and helpful

Breakfast could’ve been better than just cereal everyday. Waffles get boring too. Other than that you got a broke juice machine and bread if you didn’t like the previous selection of food

The location was convenient It’s looks and smells rundown. The smell of mold and chemicals was bad . Like they found mold and just painted over it or threw bleach on it.
