We had left something in the room and we had to drive back a long distance we called the manager and his staff found it and they held on to it until we could get a hold of it very professional really great hotel looks on the outside not too much but inside and staff wonderful we will go back to this hotel if we go back to visit would highly recommend it.

Well the most helpful people are the house keepers and the front desk clerk really all the people I really liked and they were kind and easy to talk to and very pronto to get what customer needs. Yeah THE POOL AIN'T WORKING THAT'S A BUMMER WHEN IT'S 90 DEGREES OUT SIDE AND MR PATEL SHOULD FIX IT FOR THE KIDS LOL SIR

Female traveling alone and I must say I felt safe. If you don’t mind staying in something less fancy but affordable I would definitely recommend.

I had to enlist the assistance of the desk clerk to find the very small and cleverly hidden switches to turn on the bedside lamps.

Pool closed I guess due to chilly weather, room had a smell, breakfast was at IHOP next to the Red Roof office and it was great.
