Close to boardwalk and to the beach. Across the street from dollar store. Room was a good size for the price. Run down. People allowed to blast music by the pool until 2am. Small bathroom.

Also, I never met the manager, as he was never in the office and was only available via telephone/text. I'm not even sure he was at the motel, at all. I assume he wasn't there because when the party above my room was blasting music late at night, I had to call and complain, rather than the manager hearing it himself and addressing it. I will never use this motel again.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, parking did not agree with don't like multiple parking spots but if traveling with another group it's would be ideal and location was great.

It's convenient to the beach. The staff Miss Katt and the guy that some what speaks English are awesome. Very nice people and helpful. I want to personally thank them. Some of the people that rent these rooms are terrible. Made it like a trap house. People getting arrested and drug use. Two arrested in the same day for domestic violence in two separate rooms. One at 2 am and the next at 4am. Couldn't sleep and I understand things happen. Just the yelling and screaming was horrible.

I stayed at the Royal Court Motel in a standard 1-Queen room during the last weekend of August 2026. The location is great—just a short walk from the boardwalk—and the room was very clean. While the space and parking lot were a bit tight, the amenities (A/C, fridge, Firestick TV) and friendly service made up for it. The staff was incredibly responsive, coming to my rescue within minutes when I locked my keys inside. It served its purpose well for a last-minute trip, though despite the convenience, I’ll likely opt for a slightly pricier, more modern property on my next visit.

It was a nice place very convenient location got caught in the rain. Storm could not do anything that night. I had expressed to management that I need a room on the ground floor. I expressed to them two times I’m disabled and ride a motor Scooter. I got caught in the rain my battery and my scooter got submerged and it’s not working now. I don’t know if I’m going to have to buy a new one or not very disappointing. I had to climb the steps having a disability.

It was nice clean and the staff that I met at the beginning were really nice. And very helpful I also like how close it was to the actual boardwalk and to other things as well. I didn't like the fact that when I did have to leave. To go to one of the events that I had planned. I had to wait forever for them to move the vehicle that was parked behind me. Luckily I was leaving early but if I had to leave to go to the event I would have missed my appointment because it took forever for the guy to go get keys to move the other person's vehicle. Plus when I pointed out that there was a vehicle park behind me it was up to me to go to the door to find the person to move their vehicle I think that should have been the staff member do that not me I'm the one paying for the room it should be there responsibility not my responsibility for them to get the person to move their vehicle or for them to move the vehicle not for the actual guess.

Sanjay was warm, attentive and professional. I would likely come here again, especially since there is a family dollar right across the street. It's great for those who take the bus or don't drive.

-
I've got athletes foot even with slippers on ,pools was dirty ,no staff to check in or out, comforter looks like from the 1960s, very noisy when sleeping old t-shirt
-
Room was comfortable The wifi wasn't very good
-
Closes to the beach. Amenities.. no coffee maker.. a/c to loud.
-
Car parked near room.

Not as bad as some people say about it but bathroom was dirty and grimy and there is a $25 fee advertised if you leave a bit of sand in the room. I tried to clean out as much as I could. If I am charged that fee this rating will go down two stars. But we had a good nights sleep each night and if you’re not too concerned about which motel you want to stay at it’s fine. The two pools were also nice to have.

Typical Jersey Shore lodging

Needs to be updated and repair to light fixtures. Room was clean but because of everything being so old and extremely used it made it look dirty.
