The room was very nice and spacious. We liked the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that my granddaughter left her blanket and they refused to ship it back to me. They said I will have to pay for shipping and handling and packing and all that stuff because they don’t do that. I would think that after all the money that we spent at that hotel that they would at least send back her blanket.

(No)breakfast was included in this place I didn’t like that they did not accommodate us for the inconveniences about the room what I booked and paid for is not what we got the room we got was not equipped with anything I booked , the couch bed was not made I had to go get everything and then made the bed myself, no stove either but it advertised full kitchen or kitchenette same thing I always book a stove kitchen at all my stays if they had giving me a free breakfast or took money off for the inconvenience I would say 4 stars but they just wanted to argue about how I booked the stay and kept blaming booking calling them a 3rd party app I used , said they messed it up call them and never tried to make my stay a good one or fix the issue very ignorant if u ask me they got 900 I hope they give me my 200 deposit back because that’s 1100 jeez I can’t get any help with this at all and if u have a family that drives 2 cars , nope , no parking for ur second car it’s only 1 car parking and they take ur keys and u have to wear a orange bracelet

We stayed this Friday to Sunday. Both nights my sister and I were up because the people on the 4th floor were slamming and banging their feet on the floor from 11pm-1am. I called the front desk and they said they’d send someone up to talk to them, they didn’t because it kept happening. I’m pregnant and every ounce of sleep I get is a blessing. Let’s just say I’m exhausted and the staff did nothing to help.

Great place only 2 blocks away from the boardwalk. Very clean place, room was great and clean. Had a good time. Valet parking was awesome something I haven't seen before. They bring and take your car as many times you need. Overall I will stay here again For some reason the pool bar was closed it was hard to get food you had to go to the restaurant/bar that was attach to the location. Not the end of the world but having all that service within the bar is a plus.

I liked the location, the room was spacious, and loved the valet parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC unit in our room wasn't working efficiently, that was the only downfall.
