It was clean everyone was professional and convenient from the boardwalk

Bed frame was broken. Replaced when it was brought to attention. Room was adequate but kinda dank.

2 blocks from the beach, ample parking Mattress was springy and limp in the middle, so we would sink to the center all night. We payed the same price as friends of ours, but they had a balcony in their room. Cleanliness was ordinary, we had ants the first day, there was old cereal on the floor, and it remained through our stay. Shower had a lot of pressure, but didn't feel clean. Kitchenette was very badly equipped ( 1 tiny pot, and old pan, dull bread knife, 3 coffee cups, 4 plates and bowls) We had to go buy a knife, bottle opener, cutting board, tongs, wine glasses etc.

•The”kitchen” was bad we needed to cook and it took forever to cook pasta.We had little to no utensils to cook. •Kids hogged up the pool all week loud and obnoxious all day. (Not really hotels fault) •My boyfriend went to cook hotdogs on weds and we asked for permission first and some lady came out telling him he can’t cook after 8pm like what we asked first, kids were in the pool past 8 even tho pool closes at 8 yet give him hard time for cooking dinner. •Beds were kinda crappy woke up with back pains. •Staff is very friendly and room service came daily, plenty towels if I needed anything I could ask for it no issues. It’s a no for next year.

We had a wonderful time at this very family friendly hotel. The rooms could have been updated but to my knowledge, most hotels in Wildwood are pretty outdated. This hotel had a beautiful pool that the kids loved and lots of lounge chairs for the adults to relax along with BBQ grills. The staff was family oriented and very friendly and helpful. We loved the location and will be back for more stays when we come down for Beach Blast. Thank you for a great stay, Brittany Hotel family.

Beds kinda have a gully but other than that was such an amazing stay.

Ac wasnt temp control only low med or high. Shower faucet water and tub faucet worked together. More water out tub spicket then shower. Kitchen not worth it. Had 2 forks and no drinking glasses. Many cupboards empty. Balcony fit 2 chairs and hard to access. Pool paint on bottom pealing.. game room not! Had to ask for bedding for couch.
