Calypso Boutique Hotel

Nice staff. The place is very close to the beach and Boardwalk. Very clean. The housekeeper were very nice and respectful.

Staff was super nice and accommodating once checked in everything was a breeze.

Rooms are compact but has most of the standard stuff. Very close to boardwalk. At time of our stay, fire alarm started beeping suddenly at 3 AM, there is no one to check on the property. Someone from manaement came after 30 mins or so and turned it off.

The sheets, blankets, and everything else were extremely dirty, and the room itself was very dirty.also room

One thing I specifically want to cal out is the staff. They are EXCELLENT. Before we got there, they called to check in and give us lots of info. During our stay, they were courteous and attentive. When we departed, we accidentally left some clothes behind. The staff there collected them and mailed them back to us the next day. We didn't even have to ask. So shoutout to the staff here, they go above and beyond and we're so grateful. We will definitely be returning to the Calypso!

last minute one- night stay an dits exactly what we needed

Rooms were a little small

Parking is minimally split between 4 hotels none at the location, the pool thats listed as at the hotel across the street so its shared there foe never really available and they dont offer pool towels, the room barely had enough space for my luggage

The location / convenience to the B/W, beach & many restaurants. The rooftop deck was great. Nice place to enjoy the eve or have a drink to relax & watch the stars. Debbie at the Quebec motel desk was friendly & helpful. The place needs to be updated. The old curtains - that 'sort of' closed - the toilet that needs the handle giggled after flushing, the rusty shower rod & light fixture in the bathroom, feel really outdated. Loose floor tile @ fridge and sink need to be fixed. For the price of the room, these things should be taken care of. The ice machine in the hallway - while convenient - is a mistake if you're in rooms #1-4! People chipping away at frozen chunks of ice is VERY loud and people seemed to need ice at ALL hours. You cannot sleep thru this - Period.

Very clean. Pleasant experience

Did not realize that the pool ,parking and room was across the street. It was not mentioned in the motel ad on Expedia . Studio room was extremely too small. 2nd floor room was extremely noisy with rooftop lounge are above us on second floor . Will not stay at calypso again. It was clean, staff was very friendly but loading and unloading all luggage and room stuff across street to where room is on 2nd floor was too much work. Great location by beach and boardwalk.

Clean Room! Easy Check In! Polite & Helpful Staff!

Great location with all the necessary amenities and convenient access to the boardwalk. As noted in other reviews, the only area for improvement is the parking, which could be more efficient.

Parking had a lot of spots place was super close to the beach and boardwalk in a great location. services were great definitely would stay here again

Only good thing was how close it was to the board walk and beach. The bed springs were popping out of the bed. I have a bruise on my hip from sleeping on it. Asked for extra pillows that were never brought. Had to spend 100$ on a bed topper just to be able to sleep. Was in so much pain. Listing said two beds. Was given one double bed and a pull out couch which doesn’t count as a bed.

The staff checking us in was very nice. The room was decent & the bed was super soft. Great location and I would stay again. The cleanliness of the room could have been a little better. It was like the floors were not mopped every cleaning.

Good

The room was perfect the staff was just as perfect I had an issue with my door and they handled it quickly and efficiently would definitely book with this hotel again absolutely!!!

Great location, loved this place! We will certainly be back. Debbie at the front desk was amazing!!

Very good place for the price .
