close to boardwalk and beach Walls are thin can hear everything,People up stairs walking around all night was annoying kept us up .

Location was great for beach and restaurants. Place was clean and you could order your room to be serviced as and when required. Pool was great on quieter days. The room was quite cramped for a family of 3 - we booked a 2 double room but saw bigger 2 doubles than we were given. We had booked for 10 nights so a larger room would have been better. We also were allocated a room with no balcony which made drying clothes and towels over a 10 day period quite tricky - again if someone is booking for a stay that length you’d expect some form of outdoor area. Check in wasn’t as smooth as it could have been - we had to wait on our first day for the lock to be changed on the room as the door didn’t lock. There were days on which there were no towels available.

This place is family friendly. Close to the boardwalk. Rooms are clean. Property has two outdoor pools that are well maintained.

They were great definitely more than I expected we stayed in the double suite it was great

The room and bathroom were updated. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. The pictures are deceiving. There is the building shown in the pictures and the rest is an old motel that was refurbished. I was greatly disappointed. It was noisy and the pool was full of screaming kids and adults. You only got your room cleaned if you got up early and called the front desk to request it. It had a nice outdoor seating area but the guests left it full of trash and it wasn't cleaned up until later the next day. Never saw the breakfast area. I'm not sure if it was a different entrance but it certainly wasn't obvious where it was.

Place was good and staff was very friendly! The floors were very dirty. My sons socks were black from a couple minutes. We couldn’t sleep because it was very noisy where our room was from all the foot traffic.

The location was great and our room was nice. We love the private balcony. Hotel staff were nice and there was someone there at all times. The walls are very thin. I could hear the people talking in the next room. You also could hear everything in the hallway.

The convenience to the broad walk The cleanliness of the room and there was rarely any custodial staff available to clean, give you towels and or empty the trash. The floors were covered in sand.

New, comfy and cleanj The bedroom had a bright light out the window. The TV didn't connect in the bedroom. The door didn't wanna shut and let's alot of light in.

That it was much nicer rooms than all the other motels that are in wildwood, and that it was only 2 blocks from the main part of the boardwalk. Wish there had been more towels in the room. Also how thin the walls were, I could hear the people in the room next to ours at 1:30 in the morning and couldn't sleep because of it.

very nice facility. staff friendly and helpful. we arrived early and the front desk attendant allowed us to park at the facility and use their pools prior to check in. muffins available for breakfast every morning & no issues getting extra room supplies!

👍The front desk man and woman was helpful and greeted me. I was pleased with the aesthetics of the hotel on the outside. 👎Once she shared with me that I would have to retrieve my home towels from around the corner, where they have display coffee, nook. I knew immediately this was not going to be good, but I’m going to have to bite the bullet. 👍My room was upstairs on the 2nd floor to the left. The air- conditioning was on that giving good air. There was balcony facing the street which was fine. The bed was made. 👎This room was not built for two people, even though there was a balcony. Coming from the door to get to the balcony you had to squeeze through from around the bed because there was an oversized console that housed the small refrigerator and microwave. My first glimpse of the bathroom seemed OK, until I really started looking. 👎The toilet tissue holder was broke off completely and only the bracket was there. 👎Sometimes the vent in the bathroom came on with the switch sometimes it didn’t. 👎There was a closet to hang clothing and to store my bags, not enough space for the second person to store theirs. 👎 At the bottom of the closet there was a single black sock from a previous person. I was going to say something, and bring your towel.
