The Vibes Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The hotel is well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. The location is just 1 block from the boardwalk.

Small rooms but recently renovated and very clean. Exterior was not so inviting. Only other downside is the minifridge and microwave were small and so was closet space. Good for short stays.

Very close to the boardwalk like one block so we really did not have to use our vehicles we walked to the boardwalk stayed on the boardwalk went to the beach came home. Went back to the boardwalk and had dinner. The grills to cook on they were not clean so I would not cook on them

Excellent hotel, tray close to the boardwalk which we loved. Pools were nice size and never crowded , will definitely come back next year

Property was clean, close to Boardwalk but small space. Don’t plan for large groups in each room.

While the place was nicely updated, it could have been cleaner. The ash-tray outside our room (I'm not a smoker) was still full from previous guests, there was a used water bottle sitting on top of the outside of our windowsill, Mold in the shower and someone else's hair on a clean/ rolled-up towel in the bathroom. Had it not been for those issues, it would have been really a lovely stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and super accommodating. I showed up with two small children and the concierge automatically gave us a easily-accessible room on the ground floor to which I could pull my car directly up to.

We booked a room with two double beds, and both beds had long hairs on the sheets. The bedding did not appear to have been properly changed or cleaned. This was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I immediately called the front desk. The employee said maintenance would come change the sheets, but she did not apologize once. We waited approximately 45 minutes for staff to arrive and change the bedding. It was already late and close to bedtime, making the situation even more frustrating. Because of the unacceptable condition of the room, I contacted Expedia and requested a refund so we could leave and rebook another hotel. Expedia contacted the property, but the hotel refused to authorize the refund. I am extremely disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia. Clean bedding is the most basic expectation when staying at a hotel. Finding hairs on both beds should never happen. The property also felt more like motel-quality lodging than what I expected from a Wyndham-affiliated hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again and will think twice before booking another Wyndham property. I am also very disappointed that Expedia did not do more to advocate for its customer when there was a clear cleanliness issue. Travelers should think twice before booking this property.

As soon as we walked into the room floor was dirty with someone else’s hair all over it. Bed blankets I would compare to jail sheets also stains all over them. Mold on blankets and pillow also bottle of trash can was covered with mold. Trash all over outside of hotel even pool area trash everywhere. We also didn’t get much sleep walls are thin you can literally hear everything. We were in the bottom and all night long banging
