Riviera Resort is super convenient just up the block from the boardwalk, making this trip fun and easy for a family (including someone with disability). Before arriving, we made sure we were located on the first floor and Riviera Resort made sure this was the arrangement. The boardwalk is accessible with multiple ramps including the one close to the resort. Plenty of parking spots available. The staff members in Riviera Resort are very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning to this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Riviera Resorts and Suites! We stayed in a queen room with a balcony, and it’s a great size for a small family or couple. The room felt spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. The balcony was much larger than expected and was one of our favorite features. It had a table and four chairs, making it a perfect spot to sit and relax. The kitchen area was also very convenient, with a small table and two additional chairs. We especially appreciated the great lighting in the kitchen area, which made the space feel bright and welcoming. The location was another huge plus! The resort is conveniently close to the boardwalk and many restaurants, making it easy to walk to everything we wanted to do. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying at Riviera Resorts and Suites again! If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the flat-screen TV seemed a little small for the room. However, that was a very minor issue and certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience.

Disappointed in the electronic, meaning - no up-to-date hookups for your phone, etc. Felt like the Seventies in the room. Not bad, mind you. Just unaware. The Balcony made up for most of the stay. No elevator is another tough situation. Overall 7

Great staff, community of residents was really nice. Great location, weather helped! Bedding was okay, not a criticism though it comes with the motel territory.

Ask for ground level room as the stairs were just to much.

Excellent location in relation to the boardwalk and beach access. Close enough to stores and fooderies off of the boardwalk. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing truly fancy about the room , pool, or building but all in all the space was neat and clean and a fair price.

Stand was great room was perfect 👌 we had a blast see you all next year

I was supposed to get a room with a stove, instead I didn’t. One set of my sheets, had a giant stain on it, they knew how many people were in my party never gave us enough towels, we had to go down to the front desk and ask. There is NOT DAILY HOUSE KEEPING!!! I had to clean the bathroom when we checked in, there were other peoples hairs all over the bathtub, the premium channels that they claim to have barely work, we had maybe five channels that worked on one of our two tvs, the other tv was fidgety, we struggled to even get it to turn on. I would never stay here again, not ever.

It was fine for one night, but the door locks didn’t work properly. The pool was really small. They only had hours until 9 o’clock cause they had no lights out there. The hot tub was cold actually colder than the pool proximity to the boardwalk great and restaurants great other than that I wouldn’t stay more than one night

Price wise is the best around, great pool! Clean all around. Room was clean when we got there, bed we had our doubts if it was clean sheets or pillows cause of the stains.
