Location ✅️ Rooftop pool Refund policy. I had a family member cancel on me last minute and was forced to pay full price for 2 rooms even though I only used 1. I guess that not really the site's fault but a partial refund would enticed me to not even write this.

Great location, room was great just a couple hairs in the tub and some stains on sheets. Staff is great. I would definitely stay again. Beds were comfortable. Would have been nice to get a notification that water was going to be turned off for over an hour. Tried calling the office multiple times about it no answer. Had to wait for water to get turned on to shower to go for dinner. Parking was my only other thing. We left for dinner came back to no parking and wasnt too comfortable with the leaving my car key for them to move my truck.

There was no access to wheelchair. In the middle of the night there was an electric outage. The room was so warm. There was plumbing issue in the bathroom. I literally had to remove water from the floor because I was concerned about my older parent ' s safety .The view was nice .

Room was as expected. Other than the room not being ready for 45 minutes late, everything was great, and worth the value!

As another reviewer said, ignore the negative reviews. Yes, it’s dated. But it’s clean. The location right on the beach and boardwalk are unbeatable. There are 3 pools, including a rooftop pool, with the perfect ocean view deck and people watching the boardwalk. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
