AA Heart of Wildwood Motels

I stayed here years ago. I didn’t have a good experience. But this time around this hotel was worth every penny. The staff worked so hard during the heat over the weekend. The check in process was very quick. This time around the ROOF TOP POOL was finally open. I mean this place can easily be one of the best hotels in this area from the roof top view alone. Easy 5 stars. Then to make things better; they had a party for the 4th of July. Like a hotel never just threw a small party for guests and staff. I plan on going back soon. I appreciate everyone there. Thanks for having us.

The room was clean and the staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The proximity to the beach is ridiculous! This place is legit a hidden gem and I’m so glad I found it… would definitely stay there again!

The only difficult factor is the parking. There are three lots but it can ne hard to find a space and they are all tight.

Anyone saying anything negative about this place is absolutely delusional. I’m glad I didn’t go by those reviews. Having direct access to the beach was a huge plus. Rooms are tight, but not impossible to move around in. Plus the beds and pillows make up for it. You have all of the appliances you would get in hotel rooms, bathroom was clean, the premises were also clean, I feel like there’s was always a staff member wiping something or mopping. The place is “older” but they’re taken great care of it. The service was great, and on site parking made it so convenient. The top deck’s pool was closed, it was getting cleaned and was going to be open the day we left unfortunately, but they do have TWO other ground pools and we took full advantage of it. All in all, compared to other places I’ve stayed at in Wildwood, this one is my fave. I hope their prices stay the same because I plan to go back! lol

My room was had enough space and was close to the broadwalk. Loved that it was near stores . If could of been made effort to move my room but more than any thing the property has no elevator.

The front office staff was competent, available the entire stay and helpful. Theresa, who cleaned the room was pleasant, efficient and did a wonderful job. The entire support staff were kind and helpful. Have no suggestions for improvement

Was a nice experience room and bathroom really clean, nothing smells but the room was really small no space to open the carryon. But off course was a really not expensive hotel I guess that was so paid for.

The hotel had nice rooftop seating area to party and listen to the concert byob and o ly guest wre allowed on there

The location was great, right by the boardwalk and beach. The room was clean and decent. A little outdated and the bed was a little tilted. I think the mattress needs to be rotated. But slept fine. A little expensive but it was a last minute booking during a busy weekend. Overall it was fine for a short stay as we weren't in the room much. I would prefer an updated bed.

El cuarto se veía muy bien en expedía pero en persona era muy pequeño, las camas no eran queen como decía, un enchufe hizo corrientazo y le dejó la mano a mi hija que pudo ser peligroso. Las piscinas y la ubicación está súper bien, pero las habitaciones lamentablemente no. Tampoco hicieron limpieza en la habitación, no cambiaron las toallas, eran dos camas y un sofá cama y solo habían cuatro toallas grandes. No repetiría la estadía lamentablemente

The staff was amazing everyone was very nice and helpful our room was very clean. my husband lost his wallet, and we didn't know where he lost it, so we stopped at the hotel lobby as our last resort and one of the hotel staff found it and turned it in with everything in it. I can't thank them enough we were so worried. So, thank you again for keeping it safe for us. The Location was great to the beach, boardwalk and Morey's Pier with the water park also close to so many restaurants. nothing.....everything was great!!

Staff was nice , place was clean . Its more of like a loud area , there were people all around being super noisy & drinking and being loud right outside of our room .

Location was Great! Bed was comfortable:) TV was way to small.

The only good thing is the convenience of being by the boardwalk.. I booked 2 rooms. The rooms are small and not as advertised. The 1st room the air conditioner didn’t work (90 degree weather) and the shower had no hot water. 2nd room you get locked in the bathroom so you definitely need another person. They moved us to another room which the air still didn’t work and the tub filled up as you were taking a shower. I tried to speak with the owner and manager to no avail. I was told the staff had no way of contacting the owner Angie or the manager on duty. This was a horrible experience. Would never recommend.
