Key West Motel

You have to check in at another hotel around the corner. There wasn’t any staff that we saw at the property, but other than that it was just what it was for, sleep. I would stay again.

Debbie at the front desk was super helpful. She helped with all my questions and had great recommendations for where to go!

Beautiful affordable stay right in the heart of wildwood! Clean rooms and comfortable stay!

Air conditioning was solid

Small room compared to other rooms in other hotels. Largest room was 3 to 5 times the Key West Hotel room. Some buttons on the TV. remote did not work at all! Room was infested with black ants! Free breakfast not offered here like @ other hotels.

Location and parking Staff was not very nice about providing towels and daily room cleaning service. Was gone all day and came back for 30 minutes and said we didn’t get service if we didn’t do it now.

As soon as I walked into the hotel room it very cold so what I did like that I was able to adjust the air conditioning in the room to my liking. The room was clean, tv was working & refrigerator and freezer worked too. Parking is also provided when you check in and given a parking pass on the day(s) you stayed. Overall it was a nice place to stayed while being at the beach & boardwalk.

Great location!

Very old, rooms, to small, for (2) beds. Curtains look like they needed cleaned. Mattress very uncomfortable. Carpet, dirty, no pool, but did let us use the pool next to it. It certainly needs updated. Laundry man was very helpful, with linens. Maid out back was very nice. ( Quebec). I had a 5 yr old with me, thankfully she left us swim in the pool. I did not know there wasn’t a pool or I would’ve never booked. You could not get your money back most motels you don’t have to pay till you get there probably will never stay there. Again way too small and on the second floor I am 75. My friend was 78.

Wonderful and helpful staff

WE ARRIVED AN HOUR EARLY BEFORE 4PM CHECK-IN , THEY UPGRADED US, AT NO CHARGE, TO A DIFFERENT ROOM SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR OUR OTHER ROOM TO BECOME AVAILABLE.

It was clean, close to boardwalk and staff were extremely friendly and helpful One of my beds felt like it was just a double box spring it was so hard and uncomfortable I didn’t sleep for the 3 days I was there. Had to take quick day naps in the other bed once the kids left the bed

no parking nobody monitoring anything everthing smelled like weed tripled the price because of the jeep invasion event no where near the show constant dj music from the tiki bar till 1 o'clock no where near a one star place but Expedia ranked it a 7.8

The hotel is minimalist but very clean. The staff were all very nice. And the location to the beach was perfect. My only complaint was the air conditioner was so loud that we slept with ear plugs. This was room 306. Overall a nice place.

The parking was included the hotel was right across from the beach and they give you discount at the diner and the rooms were clean.

The ac unit was wonderful, tho there was a rather large gap under the unit, the first night got hot, then noticed the gap, easy fix, just rolled a hand towel and filled the gap. We had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to an emergency back home. Would have loved that 1 extra day on the beach! Family first! All and all it suited all our needs. Debbie at the front desk is an absolute beast!!! She covered all our needs! She does her job and does it well! Thank you Debbie for such great kindness! I’d say we will be back, but that was just a one time trip! But I will recommend Key West to anyone!
