The front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.

The price difference. Booking.com told me I will be paying $152 and some cents when I get to the hotel, instead the staff charges me $200+ and some cents.. Not sure why.. but I figured the staff should explain why I am getting charged $50 extra if they can see all of my details.

The breakfast was just a typical hotel breakfast Declines of the room was okay. There was a very musty smell in the room. They had some kind of a unit running but it evidently wasn’t helping. Maybe if I wasn’t on the ground floor it would’ve been better but paying this kind of money I can get musty smell in any cheap hotel.

Would not accept our service dog even though I proved to them he was an official seevice dog. Very unfriendly staff. Totally unacceptable. Never had a problem with any other hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind. My family stayed here 3 nights and we felt so well taken care of by each of the staff members we came across. They took care of the hotel well too. The breakfast had great options each morning.

A perfectly good Hampton Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as it should. No complaints whatsoever. It was exactly what I have come to expect from Hampton Inn: clean, comfortable, consistent, and dependable. I would happily stay here again if I ever find myself back in Wilkesboro.

Very Clean. Good breakfast. Hot coffee 24 hrs. Pool, gym. Comfortable beds, good shower. Quiet for sleeping. Friendly staff. Would have liked a later checkout but they expected a big crowd so not possible . Could use more shade/ umbrellas by the pool.
