The employees were nice. Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast. The bed is hard. It looked like there was maybe pink nail polish on the toilet lid. The tub had some kind of Brown stain and look like cracks in it like maybe the tub needed to be redone.

Couldn’t stay here. Cigarette burns in sheets, dirty bathroom, overall pretty awful property.
-
Disappointed to say the room was NOT very clean… found very tiny hair curls on sheet… also hair strand on the bathroom door frame and hair strand on the bathroom floor behind the door… VERY hard mattress.
-
The breakfast was better than most places I've had .. The guy at the front desk was really friendly and helpful the bath tub wasn't in the best condition the dead bolt doesn't lock the tv programming sucked

Smoking smell was terrible in room (asked for non smoking room)… the office said the room was non smoking—denied smoking smell in the room. Saw several very tiny hair curls on bed sheet and hair strands on the bathroom floor and one hair stranding on the door trim. The bed mattress was VERY hard. Quality Inn definitely NEED to renovate the rooms and the bed mattresses! I will never go back to Quality Inn again!

Things were a little outdated and not as clean as I would have liked.

Breakfast and coffee were available, but average at best and not a lot of variety (bagels, waffles, 2-pack mini biscuits, yogurt, cereal). King bed was clean and comfortable, especially with AC on at night. Housekeepers were very nice! I was able to park right outside of my room and due to availability, did not have anyone on either room beside of me for the entire stay. Good selection of TV channels, but no overall guide to figure out easily what's on. Location is probably one of the best there is. To start off, I had to wait an extra hour and half to check in, due to a large event that happened the day before and staff could not clean rooms / update front desk fast enough to check in at 3pm. First thing I see is a sign on the front door saying 'Pool Currently Closed' in the dead of summer, which really should've been stated explicitly on the listing/website. During my wait, I witnessed an elderly disabled woman being forced to climb the flight of stairs to the second floor because this place has no elevators. Front desk clerk was not necessarily rude, but was obviously fed up with the check-in situation and was not helpful. The person who I assume is the owner stood at the front desk the entire time, but did not speak a single word to guests or offer any consolation. While waiting at the front desk, the phone was off the hook and no one picked it up, even the owner who stood just watching the other staff. Room itself was okay, but a tad dark. When we got to the room, there were 2 lights that did not work - 1 burnt out, 1 lamp didn't even have a bulb in it! The bathroom was beyond small and incredibly outdated. The bathroom ceiling vent was cracked, as was the light in the sink area. Overall, I think this hotel would be good for a quick 1-night stay. Staying multiple nights, I think I should've chosen somewhere with better amenities.

They do not clean the rooms

There is no Quality in this Quality Inn. The pool has been "temporarily" closed since Sept. of 2025. Rug was very dirty. Breakfast was better at other places. Parking was nice it was right at the door. Too much late night traffic. Ice machine was broken had to walk to the next building to get ice Peeling paint in the bathroom. NO handicapped rooms available. Bedroom wall was scratched up, looks as if a dog did it.

Where it was located worked out for us very well for what we were doing up there. Big Mike was a real pleasure to talk to. The pool was closed, but it was supposed to be open later that week. Nothing to do with the hotel. They were just waiting for it to be inspected.

The room was spotless, friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was quite good. I wish all hotel/motel staff and rooms were as pleasant as we found this location to be!

I did not stay long enough to like anything I did not like the fact that they were checking people in, knowing how hot it is, and not letting people know the pool was closed. I told them that's why I wanted a room, because I wanted to swim. They never even told me or booking.com. that the pool was closed. Even their website said "the pool will be open during your stay". I'm still waiting for my $ 111.00 refund.

I couldn't find anything i liked about this The fact that at check in no one said anything about the pool being closed. No signs were up, and the website and there own site said the pool was open. If your pool is not open, why advertise it's open unless you're trying to take people's money. Locals here will get a room just to swim. If the can't, they should get a refund.
