What you would expect from a dated but clean hotel. Convenient to all the venues of Wilksboro and North Wilksboro.

The plus side was there are lots of stores in the area and eateries.

Dated, not very clean, repairs needed to bathroom wall and chipped tub, way too expensive for what we received, spartan continental bkfst. The only good thing i can say is the bed was comfortable.

Everything was good ! Quiet and convenient to our event and really to anything you would want to do in the wilkesboro area. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was nice as was the in room coffee. Good place to stay if in this area.

This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING. There was a pile of blood, piss and poop stained mattresses in the parking lot. When we arrived the manager at the desk said luckily we were the first ones there from the festival because there would be people stuck in smoking rooms who wouldn’t know about it until they were stuck with them. We get to our room, and the floor was never vacuumed, look like it’s never been vacuumed. There was hair everywhere. The bathtub was covered in hair and drips of stuff all over. The water was completely stopped up, so who knows what other humans juices I would have been standing I , had I not used the side of the tub to shower. The sink to brush our teeth was completely stopped up. The ac didn’t work. The breakfast… literally only cereal and hard old bagels. I complained to the front desk and was told by the woman that the owner doesn’t care and there’s nothing they will do about it. These people price gauged at $200 for one night because of Faithfest and it was not worth $5. I am so disgusted. Everything I brought into that room, I left to be thrown away because it was not coming in my car or house. Shameful. Someone needs to call the health department. The folks in the room next to me showed me photos of their bedspread covered in blood. I’d sleep in a box in the sewer before I ever stayed here again.

It was terrible no smoking room smelt like smoke rooms had mold and spider wends in them Needs to be hit with a bull dozer

No overhead lights worked. Char was peeling and broken. Everything smelt

It took hours from the time of we left our room at 8:30am, notifying the receptionist we needed towels and upon returning at 4pm we still didn’t have towels. Someone from housekeeping had been in our room the trash was emptied, bedding was put over the pillows w/o the bed not made, and DIRTY TOWELS REMOVED BUT NO NEW TOWELS REPLACED. It wasn’t until after numerous phone calls to front desk and even my husband went in person to get the towels but was told someone get to our request.
