Hilton Vacation Club Greensprings Williamsburg

I am so anxious to leave a review about this property! We stayed once before and enjoyed the stay but I remember thinking it would be even nicer if they were to remodel. Well, guess what? They did and our stay was awesome. I have Zero complaints or criticism. From the time we walked in and saw the newly remodeled suite it was love ❤ at first sight. Everything you would want in a hotel suite, they left nothing out. And we had a ground floor suite. The kitchen had all stainless appliances and a pantry! Bathrooms were great, especially the walk-in shower with wand attached. They even had a charging pad for my phone on either side of the bed. Will definitely be back, Lord willing.

Nice master bedroom, dinning area and living room The long walk from the parking lot to our room one side of the kitchen outlet didn't work even after hitting the reset button had to move the coffee pot to the other side, wifi had a lot to desire not very good at all , dryer even with a light load took three runs, carpet could use a good shampooing

The location was great! The receptionists was very polite and friendly. The stairs, we were on the 3rd floor and my aunt just had hip replacement a couple of months ago. She couldn’t come down until it was time to check out because she was very sore

Spacious, clean rooms. Great pool area, mini golf, available movies. Tv has no guide, so flipping channels was the only option to figure out what was playing. Impossible to extend stay...staff cannot do it. Spent 90 minutes being transferred around on the phone. It was easier to go elsewhere.

Everything was good. It was not a big deal. There were some used/unused items in one of the footstools in the living room.

I love that they have gardening tubs and hot tubs in the rooms

Definitely clean with lots of a beautiful spacious rooms. A little outdated but was great for a two bedroom with two different pool options and a wonderful facility. All the staff was very helpful and nice.

The toliet in the master bath room had mold in the toliet. The only problem was the we were on the first floor and the people above us were so loud it sounded like they were body slamming people onto the floor and breaking glass. And then we were out on the patio the last night and the people above us were drunk and spilling there drinks and we were outside and getting all wet from the stuff they were spilling was all over us
