Wonderful place to stay with family and children. We loved our accommodations and our suites were connected which was even better. The suites are comfortable and cozy. They are spacious and have porches to relax. Staff is professional, helpful and friendly. It is a fun place with many different activities and pools.

When we first walked into the building we were greeted with dirty stained carpet, in fact there was dog throw up or maybe poop on the steps. Cleaning staff had to see it, couldn’t miss it. It was there when we left two days later. Place needs a good cleaning. Pool area and staff were great. Entry way makes you wonder how clean the rooms are. Carpet had old stains in our room. Main part was hard flooring.

Clean room , great atmosphere and fun activities

Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Very far from the recreation area...so far that I think a lot of people would need or prefer to drive. Parking was very limited. The parking area for our condo did not have enough spots for all of the guests and one night when we returned while it was still light out there was absolutely nowhere to park. Wifi was in and out. I would not be able to work from this location with the poor wifi. Check-in took forever and included a timeshare sales pitch that was hard to end politely. Got a condo for six guests and were only given four bath towels and inadequate bedding for pull-out couch (which we unfortunately did not realize until it was too late to call the office). Only given two coffee pouches for a three night stay. Condo did not include anything to clean with. One sponge, but no dish soap. No paper towels. No extra toilet paper. Interior halls are not air conditioned and be aware that you may be carrying luggage up to a third or maybe even fourth level condo (and walking quite a distance from your vehicle if your parking lot is full).

    Absolutely Beautiful Resort

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The culture of the staff there is troubling. Not friendly, did not appear efficient. Check-in process involved a long wait and the staff were very blasé about it. The registration area is small and got very crowded as we waited for over 40 minutes in line. The concierge and members staff were on the opposite side of the room and I heard them complaining about the registration and how "this happens every day" when looking at the very long line of people. Two days later I stopped in at registration to ask a question. It was not at all busy and the registration desk staff were abrupt and came off as rude. The property was nice enough but the staff ruined it for us. This was our first time there and we go to Williamsburg often. We will not be returning to Greensprings.

definitely be returning. I would also recommend for anyone looking to have rest and relaxation.

We did not have a carafe for the coffee maker and called, but never got one. A family of 6 was right above us and all we heard was kids running around and with squeaky floor joist’s, that was annoying and actually woke us up early. Bring toilet paper as they only supply 1 ply paper. Kitchen was minimally supplied for having a full size kitchen. We stayed at an RV, that had more kitchen necessities and this is a Hilton resort. The floor plan and the balcony was the best part of the unit.

Staff super rude in special the people who are driving the white mini van. Almost hit my daughter.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The property itself was amazing. Everything to do and staff was super nice. The room itself had more stuff in it to cook the last time we stayed than this time but thinking maybe they didn’t have a chance to put stuff inside. There was no cooking products for us in the kitchen.

We loved it. Had everything we needed. For the money it was an awesome deal. The bed was more comfortable than the Marriott we have stayed at. We wanted to stay longer but didnt have availability.

    good people

Family friendly, wonderful resort - but the room we stayed in needed some TLC. One in the bedrooms had a very strong urine smell, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. I imagine not all rooms will smell strongly of urine; but it’s definitely something that made our stay less than ideal. We played miniature golf, and we really enjoyed having 2 bedrooms, a kitchen & a living room to hang out in.

I have ABSOLUTELY nothing to say that’s unsettling

Lovely and spacious, so much better than a regular hotel room. It’s more like a complete condo I frankly wouldn’t mind living in. Loved the openness and huge tub in the larger bedroom, balcony, and for my family the full kitchen and laundry are the best. We really enjoyed both outdoor and indoor pools. I would recommend a ground level unit for families with little ones, readily accommodated by their welcoming staff. Loved it!

The property was beautiful, quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly. I read some reviews before our stay about the resort so I called ahead of time and requested a first floor unit that was renovated. In that it what we were able to get😊. The unit was beautiful the renovations are very nice and we definitely will be back. If you want something specific call ahead they will accommodate you.

The room sleeps 6 people, yet it's never enough towels for 6 people. The kitchen normally has paper towel. This time it didn't. For the amount of money being spend to stay here. Us a customers shouldn't need to make sure our trash is out the room at the end of our stay. As if we already don't have enough bags to get back to our cars. The bottom balcony should be close in. Especially after seen a fox not even 4 feet away from me last night. Also the resort fee should be included in the price we see online. So if we pay online, we could pay for that all at once.

Plenty of room for the family. My teenager is pleased that she had her own space. Several on-site activities and centrally located and close to all activities. The only downfall was the family above us must've had active children.

There were five of us in our two bedroom unit and we were all surprised at just how spacious it was! Check-in was easy, staff- friendly, clean and comfy beds. We recommend and would definitely stay again!
