Peaceful n relaxtion

Pretty great experience overall. We had a couple issues of the rooms not being stocked with towels or soap when we arrived. But they fixed that. Both toilets had to be fixed while we were there, unlucky I guess. But we really enjoyed the pool, gas grills and convenient location to all the amenities in Williamsburg. Would stay again if we are in the area.

The place was very nice! It was spacious for my family and clean. The kitchen was a decent size and they gave kitchen soap, towels, and dishwasher pods. Oh and paper towels! That was cool. It could use a little TLC in some spots overall, but it looks like they are working on updates. I would def go back

We loved it! We didn’t have time to take advantage of all of the amenities.

I enjoyed my stay and definitely will be back again! The amenities were great and condo was in good condition

I do have a couple of not so lovely points though, one of which is of the ice maker. It didn’t work until 2 days into the trip. The crew helped me though with 2 bags of ice. However, the ice dispenser itself looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. I also found a dead insect, hair in the shower as well as a stopped up toilet. The toilet was unclogged within my first hour being there, though. I think that my unit had not been rented out for some time prior to my booking it. I recommend that the property manager due more of a diligent prep of each unit prior to the guests arrival. I’m a former housekeeper so I an aware of cleaning schedules, short staffing, etc. I also bring my own cleaning supplies wherever I stay so I did clean the bathroom prior to my usage of it. I did enjoy the view of the golf course, the deep bath tub, the proximity to shopping centers and the overall atmosphere. I will book again but will ensure I have my list of things reviewed before I check-in, next time.

Cons: Some rooms needed updating. We had a total of 4 rooms. My room was perfect. My son’s not so great, handles falling off dressers. My dad’s room had a giant seam that didn’t quite meet in the carpeting. Overall the rooms are very dark, they needed a different kind of bulb in the fixtures and maybe some canned lighting. Major complaint was the noise coming from the condo next door. It’s supposed to be quiet hours from 10:00pm until maybe 7:00am. Giant family party happening. I called security around 11:00 pm no answer. My husband called at midnight and security came but the party went in until way past 1:00am. When checking out the next am I told the desk about the noise and she had the audacity to blame me lol. I should have complained at 10:01pm and that I had let it go on too long and therefore security had no control over the people. I was kind of amazed and just walked away shaking my head. This happened on our last night. If it hadn’t happened I would give 4 stars. I would give the place 3 out of 5 stars. Please update and add lighting.

Great stay for may family of 5. We appreciate private space, kitchen, and dining room when we want to relax and not eat out constantly.

Clean room .

2-bedroom Suite was very clean, great space & bedding quality was amazing. Additional features of bedside table charging station, shampoo, etc. dispensers was such a great addition to room.

Rooms are very spacious and clean! The pool area looked very nice, but was not open at the time of our stay.

The resort was nice, clean and the amenities were great. The walls are a little thin we could really hear the downstairs neighbors coming and going and moving around in their place. Good thing we were on the third floor. Also the front bedrooms had full sun all day so they were very warm no matter how high we put the air conditioning. Maintenance responded quickly to any issues and the front desk was pleasant and helpful. All in all a good stay for the price.
-
A very nice, clean, large, quiet suite. The balcony needed maintenance, but not enough to be a dealbreaker.

We love staying at the Hilton Greensprings resort . It’s so nice to have a whole apartment where you can sit and relax and have a full kitchen if you want it . The pools and hot tub are great . I just wish the cabana was open to buy drinks and refreshments. Otherwise a great stay .

This was so perfect for our family (7,9, 11 months)! We loved it so much we booked another long weekend for later this summer. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for having a young one who goes to bed before everyone else. So much space for the kids to play and a nice outdoor deck. We never felt cramped. The pools and all the extra activities were amazing to have. We enjoyed mini golf. Love that you can rent equipment to grill on their gas grills. This property has thought about it all for families vacationing and love they offer so we can grill or cook to help save money if need be.

They have very few main level rooms....ones that don't have any steps. They also don't have any elevators for handicapped people!!

The convenience to EVERYTHING!! The size of the unit. The quietness of the property. Due to recent renovations to our unit, several outlets were not working.
