City Hall Grand Hotel

Stayed one night. Very Easy parking. No front desk so they text you a code to open front door of hotel and your room. Quite simple. We were in 306, the Twain room. A beautiful room with cool windows and ceilings. This room had an unusual feature where the bathroom had no door, it was just a wide opening. The toilet was tucked behind shower but the fan wasn’t loud enough to cover bathroom noises of your travel companion (lol!). The hotel communicated very well with us (maybe too much!) but I think they really wanted to make sure you understood the unusual no front desk sitch. The building is just stunning and they’ve renovated it beautifully. I’d stay there again. The town of Williamsport was very empty 4th of July weekend but i imagine it picks up for little league tourney and during school year. So much potential there. Gorgeous old buildings everywhere but many places were closed on a Saturday night. We didn’t have a chance to check out the restaurant or lounge. Maybe next time.

No desk, no staff really. No gym or amenities. Very thin walls so when the wedding party above us was loud at 2am we just had to deal.

We stayed in the Salvation Army room and it was very lovely. The rooms were clean and the location was close to downtown Williamsport. Will definitely be back next time.

What an amazing place! I travel all around the country and this is by far the coolest place. Williamsport is a nice little town with great food options and very nice people.

Great historic building with loads of character. Some rooms without blinds so eye shades can be useful in the summer. Easy check in and out. Will definitely book again.

Very clean, walking distance to restaurants and shops. No one on premises if there was a problem.

My room was great. Clean, interesting decor but very functional. Didn’t interact with any staff, check in was online and I was sent a code that got me in the building and into my room. The on property restaurant’s Italian food was fantastic and the staff there was super nice. The location was great as well and the area is very walkable. I’d definitely stay there again.

Been here numerous times, love the location and the cleanliness of the property.

Automated staff was new but the rooms were clean and well stocked. We didn’t have need for anything that wasn’t already provided.

Location was great, getting in and out was smooth. the room was good for what it was Room could have had a refrigerator and some more power outlets. I would go again still but a few more useful amenities would be nice

This was an amazing room. Very spacious and well done. I liked not having a key and being able to check in myself. I didnt ask for any services while I was there but they texted me to ask each day, which was also convenient. Parking was not a problem for me, but bc it is an old building (tons of cool charm!) There are stairs to get in which may nit work.for everyone. Lovely stay. I will stay again at next year's conference.

I LOVED the rooms and the decor of the hotel. It is modern with a classical feel. Very clean and spacious. The lobby on the third floor was beautiful, with a communal kitchen and a vending machine (with good prices too, suprisingly). The room was exceptional and bigger than I anticipated. The location was perfect and was the main reason for getting this hotel. Although it may not be for everyone, I really enjoyed the fact that there was no front desk and it was a “self serve” type of thing. The staff is just a text away if you need anything, and they respond quickly. The parking lot can be a bit cramped at the front but it isn’t a huge issue. Other than that, I was very pleased.

The hotel is a unique property that artfully blends history with modern amenities. The rooms are well appointed. The staff is helpful. A group of us stayed and were able to room hop and enjoy the different spaces. This is a new favorite hotel.
