Comfort Inn & Suites Winchester

Very clean and the surrounding amenities were rare. I travel the country and rarely find one with so many places to shop, eat and get fuel. All were in walking distance.

Superb

Superb

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Seems way nicer than you’d expect at of a comfort inn.

Exceptional

Clean, bright, coffee & water available in the lobby all day! As someone with allergies, it sure would be fun if hotels offered more gluten free/ vegan options. I have to spend $$ on breakfast outside the hotel, when it’s included :/

Great breakfast

The Comfort Inn is in a convenient location with a couple of restaurants nearby and less than 10 minutes from Winchester. The rooms that are on the side of the building next to the highway are loud. The floor in my room creaked as did the one above me. The breakfast was convenient but not worth choosing the hotel because of it.

Clean and new Next to the highway, very noisy

Clean Nothing

We had a very nice room on the 4th floor. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. The breakfadt attendant especially took my attention as she was helpful to a tired mom struggling with a toddler, eagerly cleaned the area afterwards when mom was trying to multitask. She doted over customers, took pride to make sure everyone had what she could offer for breakfast and the area was spotless. Our room was clean, however the bar soap from previous guests sat out on our sink; slimey and in standing water on the tray. The fridge did not have a freezer, so we had to use ice instead of our ice packs for our cooler for the next days adventures. Not horrible issues and we didnt stay for any length of time. Would definitely visit again. Parking was convenient for our 3/4 ton pick-up. Was honestly much better than I thought it would be. Fairly newer build.

Everything was very clean and the breakfast selection had an excellent variety. Nothing

It was easy in and out and right off the highway We were hauling a motorcycle so parking wasn’t great for that

Good

Clean, well maintained The bed pillows, too heavy and square

The only complaint that I had was my bed sheets were dirty. I was moved to a different room. The staff was very friendly and took care of my needs.

Very clean. Breakfast options were great. Easy off and on the freeway.

Great location with easy access to nice dining. Very courteous staff.

Roy is by far the best front desk staff member this company could ever ask for! I have stayed at this location multiple times and he has always been exceptional! He is friendly, kind, vet personable and goes out of his way to make sure guests have everything they need.

Our only negative about our stay, was that the tv reception was iffy at times.
