Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Winchester, VA

Breakfast biscuits delicious. Room clean and inviting. Staff friendly and helpful. Checkout was a breeze. Great choice of restaurants.We ate at a Mexican Restaurant which was busy but wonderful. .

Clean. Bedroom was nice. The bathroom needs updating.

We booked a room with a pullout sofa for my kids, and there were no sheets in the room. I went to the front desk, and all they had was a bedspread with stains. It's also understandable that sofa bed mattresses are not the most comfortable, but this one was at a whole new level of uncomfortable, with sunken in sections, as well as loud and uncomfortable springs that could be easily felt through the top.of the mattress. I have stayed with Country inn and Suites in years past, and they were great. This one, less so.

The staff was exceptional. Due to a lack of communication between the contractor doing renovations and staff we were moved to 3 different rooms for a one night stay. Not sure I will book at a Country Inn and Suites again.

Always clean and a friendly staff. Breakfast is okay, nothing special, but one of my favorite hotels in the Winchester area.

Just a stopover on way to Pittsburgh. Clean, good enough room. No complaints

We loved our queen sweet with separate room & extra seating, medium (not small frig). Microwave & storage. There were two clothes closets … helpful. Two things that were lower on the rating, but not horrible … the shower pressure could have been stronger… and the a/c cycled on and off all night. (I brought a box fan for white noise which helped.) Overall, we were satisfied.

Good price hotel near a few restaurants. Hot breakfast is OK but not great. It is close to I-81 so you'll hear traffic noise during the night if you're a light sleeper. They are beginning to refurbish a few rooms as the bathroom floors and appliances are becoming a little worn. Friendly front desk

the room was clean and the water was hot. very quiet. i would stay there again.

However it was “good enough” for an overnight while traveling and I have a pretty sensitive nose. My husband said he didn’t smell anything.

I didn't like check in..someone needs to get a personality check up. Not very very welcoming. However, Carla was wonderful and so helpful! Room was ok, bathroom needs updating for sure.

Room was clean, staff was great, breakfast good. Pillows were good.

The vanity in the bathroom is way lower/shorter than an average bathroom vanity. It made washing your face challenging. The towels looked new. I appreciate that the rooms had tile instead of carpet. Overall it was okay for our 1 night stay but I would not recommend staying longer.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
