Breakfast was breakfast. Dog was welcomed. Complaints addressed at first stay were corrected at the second stay! First stay some furniture created a problem; second stay that had been addressed very positively.

Who bought your room table lamps? I had to remove the lightbulb because the light switch was unfindable. Strange choice by your interior decorator. Replace them with American tabe lamples.

Everything was very good Except the complimentary breakfast. Even if it is free, it should still be tasty. I would rather have to pay and have good food, good coffee and real cream. I wish the local food could be featured.

The location was perfect for us. The pool was not full of heavy chlorine and the water was the perfect temperature The Breakfast was sub-par could have offered more selection.

Good bed, nice size room, desk clerk was very helpful in getting us on the non-highway side of the property (which was then very quiet). Breakfast OK, lots of restaurants around the property and a movie theatre. Good location for Winchester

Excellent in all aspects of the stay. My go to when visiting my son. 3rd time here and never disappointed. Staff so nice property kept up well. Beds so comfortable you don’t want to get up. Coffee always available in the lobby. Also wine available for sale. Love love it .
