Courtyard by Marriott Winchester

The rooms were clean. The beds and pillows were nice. The staff was very friendly. We tried to open the window and it got stuck open, they had duct tape all over it. They did move us to a new room. The breakfast was not great. But it is a nice hotel, I would stay there again.

My room was perfect, as always.

Location is too noisy.

Expensive The bed had seen it’s better days. Needed to be rplaced becuse the mattress sloped downward at to the bottom end.

During check-in, I specifically requested a quiet room to accommodate a light sleeper in my party. Unfortunately, we were placed in a high-traffic area, situated next to the elevator and the ice machine, while also facing the street. The resulting noise made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Given that my previous experiences were much quieter, I was disappointed to see that my specific request was not taken into account. This experience has left me uncertain about booking with this hotel again.
