Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Winchester by IHG

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean . The decor of the hotel and the room is updated. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were worn out.

Clean and updated. I liked the shower stall. Good breakfast

The hotel was very clean, had an excellent breakfast….everyone was friendly!!! The price was very reasonable!!!

Clean room 👌 friendly staff

Prime location, but unfortunately this property needs to be much better stocked. Our room was missing basic bath essentials, and during breakfast several items ran out well before breakfast was over and staff did not refill them. Great location, but the lack of supplies and attention to basic guest needs was disappointing.

Location, size of the room, cleanliness, breakfast N/A

Exceptional

Convenience and location.

The staff were wonderful and breakfast had excellent selections, coffee, hot water were available 24/7.

The beds are comfortable and for the most part its quiet. The pool is open 9a-10p and there were different breakfast options the 2 days we were there. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out sofas. Aslo at check in we got a slip stating guests that stayed more than 1 night would have a room refresh of bed making, fresh towels and trash emptied on day 2 we were out of the room all day and didn't get this we had to call downstairs for fresh towels.

The room was so musty it was hard to sleep in here.

parking was limited, and contractor was taking up 6 spots with truck and trailer

Super kind and helpful staff! 2nd time staying here, both visits were excellent!

I had indigestion and the evening front staff helped providing bananas and Tums as well as extra pillows to prop up the upper body. Many thanks!!
