The room was spacious; clean

Loud morning woke me up early and I couldn't get back to sleep. Just hotel noises. Clean. Nice stay pleasant staff.

It was a great place to stay for our vacation.

What a beautiful hotel and for the price it was great!

Location of the property was good. A number of restaurants were nearby. Condition of property was very good. AC was not easy to control and fan was loud. Breakfast was adequate, but could have been better.

We were very happy with the quiet, clean room, friendly staff, morning buffet, and experience. Would stay there again!

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propre. Il y avait suffisamment de serviettes pour la douche. La personne à l'accueil etait courtoise mais souvent retranchée derrière le mur. Le Hall d'entrée est très grand et bien aménagé avec beaucoup de fauteuils pour relaxer. Le petit déjeuner inclus était bien sans plus. La salle à manger était propre avec suffisamment de de tables et chaises. Bon restaurant très près de l'hôtel. Stationnement sécuritaire. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour..

First stay at a Spark. Very surprised by the cordial quick check in. The room was clean with modest decor. Breakfast was very simple, continental style. No waffles or hot food ,but ample cereal, bagels, yogurt and cupcakes. Juices , coffee and tea were also available. Overall a very satisfying 2-day stay!

Just FYI their AC does NOT keep up and the AC units blow intermittently which makes it hard to sleep (blower coming on and off). I stayed for a week when I had to work in the area. When I'd get back to the hotel each evening around 5pm the room would be 74-76 degrees and it wasn't particularly hot outside that week. The AC won't blow the fan all the time so it cuts on and off repeatedly, making it hard for me to sleep. The hotel said that's just how it is and nothing they can do besides try and move rooms for me. I had stayed here a few weeks ago on a different floor and had the same issue, I had assumed at that time that it was just that room's issue, but after having the same issue in two different rooms I didn't see a point in moving rooms again. Won't stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located, safe and well lit. The interior spaces were clean and inviting

The place was great but unfortunately, I had Sasquatch in the room above me. Of course that was not the hotels fault. The only complaint I have about this Spark is that the breakfast was only a bagel bar. If in the area again I will try a different place with a better breakfast!

Breakfast bar was clean and fresh but there wasn't much to choose from if you don't like bagels.

Close walk to restaurants. Great place to crash for the night and hit the road in the morning.

We were unfamiliar with this brand of hotel, and so very pleasantly surprised we love the minimalistic practical aspects. It was very clean, quiet and safe. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
