Prompt service. Breakfast was good. Loved the waffles. Parking was perfect. Rooms were clean but bathroom needed update.
-
Beds were comfortable Bathrooms dirty. Hotel in very poor condition. Our room door didn't lock had to switch rooms. Towels not replaced daily. Had to go to front desk to get towels. The only thing anyone in my party liked was the comfortable beds. Lobby AC broke. 100 degrees outside. We have always stayed here on our trips to Winchester. WE WILL NOT BE BACK

The staff was very efficient and friendly.

The lobby and halls were so stuffy and hot. Our room’s latch looked like it had been kicked in and we didn’t feel very secure. We went down for breakfast and everything was awful. We threw it away and left and got something to eat elsewhere.

Black mold in the room

The beds were fine and the pillows were conformable, the bathroom was clean , but tub unusable. The place was very run down, no air in the check in area or the breakfast area, rugs were very stained and lose, bunched up could trip, the air in our room did not run strong or cold, this was before it was 100 out. Our tub floor was stained black and the plug chrome was bubbled, there were old stains were water had leaked in the bathroom., lamp shade was stained, the desk chair was dirty, cracked paint in areas. A lot of this repairs or clean ups are small and should be done , t j e bigger thing they waited too long to do repairs. Oh the water wall in the lobby was also not working. They have no up dates like USB plus areas.

Bed very comfortable and pillow options very good. Smell in 3rd floor hallway. Hallway carpets look old, dirty and torn near elevator. Elevators need attention; very slow. Our bathroom sink drain was rusted. Walls in room and hallway needed a clean paint job badly. Especially in the room. You can see dirty handprints and other marks everywhere.

Breakfast was good Nothing

Breakfast left much to be desired with. There was a limited selection of items. The milk and waffles tasted sour. Housekeeping was atrocious. We had to ask the front desk for towels twice because housekeeping did not provide them.

A clean hotel and friendly staff
-
The hotel has a severe moisture problem in the guest rooms as well as throughout the property. The room smelled really bad like a gym locker room, had mold on the ceiling and walls and most metal surfaces were rusting. Bathtub was stained black and disgusting. Random splatter stains partially cleaned from walls. Room felt generally unclean or at least was beyond the point that cleaning could fix. This extended to the pool and various other areas that had mold or were falling apart due to moisture. Staff was nice and complimentary breakfast was reasonably good.

Clean, nice staff Breakfast was dreadful

We liked the room and facilities. The breakfast was very good. Winchester is a very pleasant place to visit and we plant to be back in the fall. The hotel was close to all the necessary shopping and tourist sites. Your proximity to Costco was a plus. The first night our room wasn't made up. It was exactly as we left it in the morning - no clean up and no new towels etc.

Everything. Mr Beck and his staff are awesome. Everything Mr Bek said happened. He took a bad vacation and experiences that we had and and made it great. This will be forever my go to place for a clean place and comfort on any road trip north. Don't forget to check out the heated pool. indoors!!! No sausage and gravy except on weekends with their awesome continental breakfast. We checked out on a Monday
