Walls are dirty, bath tub clean streaks and dirty steaks, smoke alarm not working, mirror had soccer stickers and little hand prints, shower curtains falling off wall plastic knifes used to shim shower curtain, Dirty q tip hanging on door hinge, time to update room everything looks old and falling apart.

I will write an email. I didn't stay because your clerk wouldn't let my service dog in as a service dog. He kept telling me there was a pet deposit. And violated HIPAA

Good Breakfast

I have a video and pictures of the room I booked. I shouldn’t have to pay for that room!! Dead roach carcasses in the drawers, dead stink bugs on the window seal and in the air conditioner. Black mold in the air conditioner, air conditioner filter dirty, pillows had yellow stains and God only knows what that is, cigarette burns in the blankets, mattress dirty, trash underneath the table under the tv and the end table by the bed. Bathroom definitely hasn’t been cleaned in God knows how long. Keep in mind that I do have plenty of pictures and a video of this. I had no choice but to stay because I don’t have any other place to go… Ummm, someone’s finger or toe nails by the bed. Refrigerator was dirty and had someone’s hair in there. I do have proof. I’m calling the health department and I should get my money back!!!!!! The room stunk! Everything was disgusting!!!! I don’t know how yall are in business..!!!????!!! I’m sending the video to super8winchesterva@comcast.net. The room window was also wide open when I got there so probably a good reason why there’s stink bugs in there. Towels were stained up. Basically it was a dumpster. A disaster. Y’all should probably shut that place down and remodel it and learn how to keep your hotel clean!!! I’m letting everyone know on my review and I definitely will be calling the health department!!! I’m demanding a refund!!

The smell of the whole place was absolutely disgusting and the fact I found 3 Cock Roaches in my room made it feel even worse not knowing how many more there was , also the smoke detector was hanging half off the ceiling the outlets were busted and some of them didnt even work and the fact there is no refund available is the only reason I stayed the 2 nights

It smelled of cigarettes in the hallway and vestibule. The sink in our room did not drain well. The continental breakfast was terrible. Juice machine was out of order. To eat was only cereal and toast. The breakfast room did not look very nice.

I booked one king size bedroom. They were out of them when I got there so I agreed upon two queens. The first room had a ceiling light that didn’t work and a wall light that looked like somebody ravaged their room. The second room was even worse. And the third room bathroom was completely discussing and had hair all over the place. They told me to call the third-party vendor, Hotels.com, to get a refund. The refund takes 5 to 7 days. So I was left without a place to stay for the night.

The breakfast was only coffee, cereal and toast

The room was paid for a homeless person to stay. I did not stay there myself. I did visit the hotel to paid for the room. I visited with the lady. the hotel wasn't too clean. I was uncomfortable with the place. Not clean enough. The walls need new paint and new flooring. If they were newer, it would look cleaner.

Rooms were so dirty sheets

Room was not very clean, lot of dust,microwave ans fridge not clean, staff is very nice.

There were bed bugs and the condition of the blankets and furniture was disgusting. There is obviously no care put into maintaining the property and cleaning the public spaces. Very disappointing especially for the people that stay there for months on end.
