Microwave didn't work, the girl brought me one but it was dirty. The TV did not show all the channels on the list. The shower water pressure was so hard it could wake the dead. Rm 203

We received no instructions or directions at check in, though the man was nice. The mattress on the pull out couch was stained and the bedding for it wasn't in the room. We attempted to call the front desk to request the bedding but the phone didn't work.

I mean it’s a 4 story hotel. Elevator doesn’t work. Things happen. But the bathroom door doesn’t latch. No breakfast served. I just feel they could do better.

We had a nice stay with our dogs and would stay again! The place is clean and friendly and has a nice little gazebo and also a pet walk area. Easy to get to and options around the hotel were a plus. The elevator was out and the room smelled really musty.... But these things wouldn't keep me from staying here again.

Elevator was not working and it was never mentioned until we were checked in and directed to our 4th floor room.

Never saw the room. The elevator was broken and Expedia would not refund my money. I had to purchase another hotel because I could not climb four flights of stairs in my physical condition. So much for the handicap. Stay away.
