Ice maker didn't work, internet had no signal on most of my devices, lousy channel choices, coffee bag had a slit in it and it spilled everywhere, couldn't pay cash? The only positive was the room itself. Not coming back,

Friendly young man at front desk. Clean hotel, very comfy beds and pillows and a lot of water pressure. Large room with kitchen and large fridge with a freezer.

Very nice staff! Room was clean, though a tad dusty on the bathroom shelves. Shower pressure was a bit too high. A/C worked well, but noisy when it clicks on and off. No issues otherwise, and we really appreciated the full kitchen.

Unfortunately there was not hot water. The water was unfortunately only lukewarm at best. There was also spiders in my room. Got a new room and also had no hot water. Very disappointed as I have stayed here before.

No waste can in the bathroom. Parking lot was flooded 6" deep at 11pm. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Designated dog walk area is in the trash dumpster area, where feral cats hang out. An old hotel. On the positive, the bed was perfect, bathroom clean, quality towels, toilet paper and pillows. Best amenity was the pomegranate green tea in the lobby.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom tub/shower needs to be up dated. The kitchen was nice which is alway a plus to have while traveling. Overall it was clean and satisfactory.
