It was new. They double booked me into someone else’s room. Walked in on them changing. In the morning, the steam from my shower set off the smoke alarm. Next door customer came to my door mad like I did something wrong and the worker did nothing about it. Just stood there. Then the worker tried to get me to pull the battery from the detector.

The parking lot has no control. Everyone parked how ever they want to park. The some of the trailers parked and blocked 6 parking space

the bed was comfortable, that's it I did pre check in, and had to do it again when I checked it - - wtf! Worst shower set up I've ever experienced. The person that designed it must not take showers. crappy hot breakfast, cheap microwave, poorly organized, one person working her butt off ( I gave her $4 tip) elevators take forever dirty public areas

Expedia sit didn't provide the phone number. When I finally got the number from the Expedia information desk it went unanswered without any way to leave a message.

The bed was very hard. I did not like the set up in the rooms at all. The room felt smal small. The room set up, the pool was cold, the bed was hard.

The hotel is beautiful. We'll maintained. The room was great with a minimalist vibe, but still well appointed. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Very basic hotel fare. Items were in separate areas so you were left searching for the food. Also tried the treadmill in the fitness center. No instructions on how to operate that particular model. Overall it was a good stay and the staff were friendly.
