Comfortable clean room. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Shower head flow could not be changed to a softer setting. Also one of the few hotel chains that doesn’t offer a free breakfast. At $10 pp, Wawa is not far and has good food and coffee.

Breakfast selection was good, although the scrambled eggs were disappointing in texture and slightly in taste. Good breakfast otherwise. Good bed, clean room. Bathroom sink water drain was very slow. Outside hallway rug (4th floor) sticking up in many spots like speed bumps, making walking dangerous. Was told new rug was ready to install.

We had a very large room, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant had excellent food. There was nothing that I didn't like.

Great location, very close to Costco and many restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean. The parking lot is large, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Very convenient and comfortable stay. The only negative experience was during check-in. The front desk agent, an older lady, came across as rather rigid and impatient. Although she remained polite, I felt that my question was not handled very well. When I checked in, I simply wanted to confirm the pet fee. My Booking.com reservation clearly stated that the pet fee was included in the total price, but I was told that an additional $30 charge would be required. When I asked for clarification, I was advised to contact Booking.com myself. Upon checkout, I reviewed the final bill and found that the total amount matched my Booking.com reservation exactly, which confirmed that the $30 pet fee had already been included. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding between the hotel and Booking.com. It would have been helpful if the hotel staff had verified the information and provided a clearer explanation rather than directing the guest elsewhere.

Very well taken care of, clean and great amenities with GREAT value. Also specifically Tina at the bar was a pleasure to talk to and was like talking with an old friend when we’ve never met before. Everything was great.
