For the price we could not ask for more......well run hotel.....thanks!

Tub would not drain. Zero water pressure. Staff was rude and not accommodating for a frequent guest. Rooms need air conditioning units cleaned - this is the second time staying and the air quality was horrendous yet again. Sinus infection upon waking up. This was my go to hotel, no longer. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I've stayed at this property several times. I find the location extremely convenient. The restaurant and bar are very nice to have for an all-in-one experience. Tina is a wonderful bartender and server, and she has some good stories as well. Every time we come to Winchester, this is our choice of place to stay. I highly recommend!

Everything was very nice. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Staff was awesome too.

Fabulous mini-frills hotel. Staff is exemplary and efficient, courteous and kind. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great stop on your way here, there, and everywhere!

Location

The sheets looked to not be changed and the bath towels definitely were not changed. There weee stains on the towels and they appeared to be half hazardly refolded onto the rack. So disappointing

We had a very good stay. Only problem was an airport close by flew over the building to land and take off. Not large passenger planes. The sound was discernible but not really loud enough to wake us up. It was only really loud outside of the building.

Also, the staff was generally nice. That said, we requested a deep clean of our room multiple times but that didn't happen until the last night of our stay. These are issues that we'd encourage the hotel management to focus better on. Also, please make free coffee available in the lobby all day, not just in the morning. All things considered, the stay was nice and comfortable.

Great find! It’s new, it’s clean, great staff! Going again soon a stop on a longer trip into Virginia. It’s right off the highway!

We were warmly greeted by Ellie. She really made us feel welcome. A very welcome experience. Our room is fantastic. The bed is comfortable. room spacious and well furnished. The amenities are numerous. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only "complaint" is the towels were thin and "rough," not what I expected at Holiday Inn. It is more like Motel 6. We had a very noisy neighbor, and the manager promised 1000 points for the inconvenience, however I never received. Overall, a good experience.

Room was clean, roomy and comfy. Comfy chair with ottoman was a plus. Air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast is what you get at other hotels for free. $15 here. Bench out front really needs to be cleaned. Covered with bird poop. Friendly and helpful staff

This morning, I let them know that the room I was in rm-306 had a ceiling w/ extensive water staining and texture differences. The shower had visible mold as well. The front desk staff was appreciative that I told them but did not compensate me in any way

It was a convenient location and having on-site dining was a plus for us. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
