It was great to stay at a new hotel!

Great room!

Because I booked through Expedia, I was told any refund had to come from Expedia. I contacted Expedia before checking out and was told any refund required the hotel approve a waiver. I learned the waiver could only be approved by the GM, Lord. I have had 3 interactions with Expedia. I have called hotel and been told twice Lord would call me back. He has never called me back & has not responded to Expedia. No refund received. Very convenient way for hotel & Expedia to avoid issuing a refund. Avoid this hotel and realize that Expedia can avoid responsibility by saying the hotel must approve a waiver. Shady arrangement that deprioritizes customer.

everything is new，staff is nice，plenty parking spaces.

Room was large, breakfast delicious with lots of choices and staff very friendly. Loved staying here for our family of 5.

My room was newly renovated, very spacious and extremely clean

The only negative thing I can say is I wish the water was a bit more hotter.

ROOM 215 was cold all night-the air conditioner would not turn off.

brand new hotel, the beds were excellent, the breakfast was above average, the staff was helpful so what else you can expect?

New building, feels like a lot of stay for the money. Staff was very friendly. All the facilities were very modern as it’s a new build.

Great staff. Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Nice breakfast at 6 am in lobby with many choices. 2nd visit I was given a room on the ground level. The large window in the room facing the parking lot was ground level. I asked to be moved to a higher floor. Front desk understood and in a few minutes was moved to the 3rd floor.

Great value for money. Very clean, new room. Quiet location, easy parking. Would stay again.

It's a fairly new hotel and was very clean. The breakfast needs some help. I have stayed at places that have had eggs and bacon; as well as boxes of cereals.

We experienced an issue later in the evening where our ac wasn’t cooling our room( around 9pm?). We were traveling with 3 kids& 2 adults so quite a bit of stuff but just one nite( it was a suite with full kitchen). The young lady at the desk informed us maintenance leaves at 3pm( they keep noone there to work late )? She did attempt to come to our room & work on the unit but couldn’t even get the cover off. She was very nice & apologetic. They did discount 25% , but it was hot! We were miserable & didn’t get any sleep to have another full day of travel ahead. I just feel very disappointed in the quality of the room( size) for the price. I have stayed in other Home2 suite that were larger & thought that was what we were getting. But the issue with the ac was definitely on them because it wasn’t cooling the room at all. Disappointed with stay! A better resolution to our issue with ac! Maybe have a maintenance person available after 3? If a room isn’t cooling in summer then i feel you ( as a Hilton establishment)& I a Hilton honors member should really be better taken care of. Or really any one for that matter. But what is the point of being a member in these programs?

Great all around experience.

Feels like a mini apartment- even has a standing desk area. Full kitchen. Recommend for visiting professors or business people. And breakfast! Nothing

Water pressure is very low in shower

Felt not closed in since the property offers lobby comfort as well as outside patio space

Needed a stool to get in the bed, but you don't have them
