We experienced an issue later in the evening where our ac wasn’t cooling our room( around 9pm?). We were traveling with 3 kids& 2 adults so quite a bit of stuff but just one nite( it was a suite with full kitchen). The young lady at the desk informed us maintenance leaves at 3pm( they keep noone there to work late )? She did attempt to come to our room & work on the unit but couldn’t even get the cover off. She was very nice & apologetic. They did discount 25% , but it was hot! We were miserable & didn’t get any sleep to have another full day of travel ahead. I just feel very disappointed in the quality of the room( size) for the price. I have stayed in other Home2 suite that were larger & thought that was what we were getting. But the issue with the ac was definitely on them because it wasn’t cooling the room at all. Disappointed with stay! A better resolution to our issue with ac! Maybe have a maintenance person available after 3? If a room isn’t cooling in summer then i feel you ( as a Hilton establishment)& I a Hilton honors member should really be better taken care of. Or really any one for that matter. But what is the point of being a member in these programs?

Feels like a mini apartment- even has a standing desk area. Full kitchen. Recommend for visiting professors or business people. And breakfast! Nothing

Felt not closed in since the property offers lobby comfort as well as outside patio space

Needed a stool to get in the bed, but you don't have them

Ashley and Luke were both amazing staff members during our stay. They were hospitable and extremely helpful from the moment we called and advised them that we would be arriving later than expected. Ashley told us to take our time and that Luke will be there to check us in. When we arrived, he made us feel like family. Each time they saw us for the days we stayed, they were engaging and made sure there wasn’t any at all we needed. Our family is thankful for them both.

The room Horrible horrible experience. 1. The so called breakfast buffet but the server makes us feel like we were under ration. She literally told people to take only one egg, she would wait until the server tray was completely finished and then she brought 10 eggs after 15 minutes. She was complaining the entire time that people were coming on groups and she had to make separately for the groups. Are we supposed to knock each other's doors and come to breakfast together? The potato wedges were empty and she took 30 mins to refill it and we're verbally telling people to ration. 2. The swimming pool was supposed to open at 10 am and we went there at 1030. They just sprayed the pool and told us that our children could go to the pool but don't intake water inside the mouth. Really? How's that even safe? This was an included amenity that we weren't able to use at all. 3. I contacted EXPEDIA on these issues and they were useless. They told me that they tried to contact the hotel numerous times but weren't able to get a hold of them. Really? Why do you even list this on your platform? They washed their hands off and got themselves off the hook at the ground of no contact with the hotel. Sheer disappointment. Be aware!!

The hotel was the nicest place we have ever stayed. It was excellent. The staff was polite, friendly, and very helpful. The location was great. The hotel was quiet, clean and the amenities were very good. Our room was perfect, spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The continental breakfast was very good.

Friendly professional staff. Very nice studio hotel room with kitchen.

Had to ask for towels each night. The breakfast selection was aweful. Muffins stale. Not enough of a selection. We have stayed at True 2 and breakfast options were much better. Ate one morning of a 3 day stay. Gate to say it but it it needs improvement.

Very clean & attentive staff Hotel was new but our room was not completed. No microwave & closet was not installed.

Large clean room. Good breakfast. Hot water to the sink and shower took a very long time to heat up

New facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and common areas. Conveniently located near shopping, Target, grocery, fuel, and lots of restaurants. Parking is amped and well lit. New commercial growth surrounding the entire area. Not far from historic towns.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had trash in our room when we checked in. Like half drank water bottles and stuff. When we came down to breakfast at ~10 (breakfast was until 11), half of the things were out and never refilled/replaced.

Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms and very spacious!
