This is one of the better hotels we've stayed in. The staff were so friendly and helpful, well beyond what is common. The room was very comfortable, and we loved the shower head. Sounds silly, but at the end of a long day, a nice shower really helps. If we ever have to go to Winnemucca again, we will definitely stay here.

This was a nice hotel with everything we expected and a great breakfast.

I likes the room layout. The beds were comfortable. The staff were nice. The hallway throughout the whole hotel smelled like a Porta potty, like they cleaned with toilet water. The bathtub drain was missing. The breakfast equipment was broken, so it was just cereal.

Well done renovations; well-appointed room with very comfy bed. Well maintained grounds and building, very nice lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Love love love the beautiful lobby! Tub spout in room was whopper-jawed and tub filled up while showering. Drainage was a problem.

NICE

We arrived at 11:30pm tired after a long day of driving. Our room was prepaid, the young lady at front desk was nice and gave us our keys. At first glance this hotel was not impressive. Could use updating. We went to our room to find it was unmaid, dirty bed, used towels, garbage, obviously not cleaned. I went back to the front desk and reported this and said could we please have another room. She told us there were no rooms left and we could get a discount and stay in a dirty room. Ummmm no thank you. She was the only employee left and could not clean the room or get us the cleaning products and fresh linens and towels. I offered it if she could just give me the cleaning stuff. I would do it myself because it was very late at night and we were really exhausted. She said we would not be able to do that and it was the last room in the hotel so we would have to go find another hotel. At midnight!… we went back online and were able to find two rooms left in the entire town and only one had two beds because we were a party of three. We had to squeeze into a tiny hotel. Anyways, it was a very disappointing experience, but I do have to say even if we had been given a clean room. The carpet just seemed kind of old and it just didn’t seem like a fresh clean hotel. It was not the girl at the front desk fault and she tried her best, but it was just a really bad experience.

The hotel was well managed and clean.

The room was spacious and the bathroom actually had a tub as well as a shower. What I liked most about the room was that the air conditioning was quiet and maintained a comfortable temperature, day or night. Yes, the breakfast was good, no complains. If there is one thing that I didn't like was the way this Best Western location used my credit card to place a $50 pending hold for extras. Eventually I was billed Booking.com price; at another Best Western, it just let Bookings.com do the billing. But of the three places that I stayed at for this trip, this was my favorite. The bathroom did have a combination tub and shower. The drain plug cannot be removed; for the shower the plug has to be turned half way. I'm not sure everyone would know to do this.
