The staff were helpful at check in, bed was very comfortable, noise was minimal, TV was updated, shower had great water pressure.

Wasn’t able to check early not until 3pm, due to the fact that I’m a choice member was very disappointed, looking for other options to stay elsewhere.

The room was somewhat clean. The bathroom needed to be gutted and redone. Their casino was a joke and the restaurant was partially blocked off l, they only had about a dozen tables you could use. The food was ok but nothing I'd return for. We even chose not to have the free breakfast because of the taste of the food.

I did not appreciate the pollution of my breathing space; I am highly allergic to tobacco. Fortunately, I only had to walk through the casino one other time, on my way to breakfast, and there were very few people in the casino at that time of day. The hot breakfast was very good; two eggs over medium, 2 sausage links, a fruit cup, biscuit, honey, and decaf coffee with a side of milk, included with the room. My room was on the street side of the hotel and the traffic was loud and boisterous, as if the locals were having drag races on the street. I would not book there again.

The rooms were okay clean, the bed was clean which was perfect. One of the stays where you just have to remember you get what you pay for. It did its job but the no staff piece was frustrating. There was also no staff in the morning for the breakfast vouchers so I had just left.

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds/pillows/ towels all very good. Staff were very helpful Edie tally with figuring out our tv!!

Probably not a place for kids. There is a casino and Even though the hotel rooms are blocked off from the casino, breakfast in the restaurant was part of the casino. We couldn't utilize this because we didn't feel comfortable bringing our kids in to that environment. The staff was clearly burned out from their job. The room overall didn't feel very clean. We should have stayed elsewhere unfortunately.

Checked in with ease staff was nice. Room had lots of space for our 6 people in our group and the breakfast was awesome.

The trash was not emptied when I arrived in the room. I called to request toilet paper and they never delivered. Shower was dirty, had hair in it

I reserved a room with 3 beds and two tvs, however one tv was not working, they couldnt make it work. They were aware of this when I checked in, but failed to tell me. This room was more expensive and to offer me 10% off, was very unfair. The breakfast was good and the casino was good.

Where to begin? If you enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke permeating the entire property, this place is for you. It claims to be a "no smoking" property, but it adjoins a casino where apparently everybody smokes, and the vents must direct the smoke into the hotel. My room absolutely reeked...as though there was someone IN the room smoking..! ALL NIGHT...The property is run down, carpets are yucky feeling and dingy, the bathroom in my room was pretty bad...the toilet seat was so loose I almost slipped off the throne..! The restaurant closed at 7:30pm on a Friday night! Which is the time that I checked in...so missed out on that. Floors creak and groan...Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this "Quality" Inn... (They should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place.)

The room was wonderful and the staff were good; they provided a crib very quickly. It’s just a shame the room wasn’t cleaned very well—there were someone's fingernail clippings on the stand in front of the TV. 🤔
