Our room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly at check in/out. The AC in our room was not very cold and was VERY noisy. The pillows on the bed are in dire need of being replaced.

Housekeeping did not clean our room while my family and I were away for the entire day. They came only after we had returned to rest. I had to throw out the trash myself and request fresh towels.

We loved the 2 queen room with a sofa bed! It was perfect for our sports tournament weekend and having 3 athletes.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best parts of our stay. There was a great variety of hot and cold options, so everyone in our family was able to find something they enjoyed. The food was fresh, and the breakfast area was well maintained. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay while visiting the nearby theme parks.

Rooms were updated, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was delicious and efficient. There was something for everybody (kids to adults) Great location especially if you are planning to go to Legoland.

The hotel appears to be fairly new, so everything felt clean, fresh, and well maintained. The staff was genuinely welcoming, helpful, and engaging. When I mentioned that my husband was staying there because he had a proctored exam the next morning, the front desk associate proactively checked our room location and moved us to a quieter area with no neighboring rooms. We hadn’t asked for special accommodations, so that thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to us. Our suite was spotless, tastefully decorated with modern finishes, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, with soft linens and down pillows. The lighting was particularly well designed, with multiple options, including soft headboard lights that were perfect for reading. The room temperature and airflow were also exceptional, making for a great night’s sleep. The complimentary hot breakfast was fresh and well prepared with a good variety of options. Overall, I’d rate this stay a 9.8 out of 10. We would absolutely stay here again.
