The bed and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast system is very inefficient, the quality of the food is poor and the service is very slow and inaccurate.

Breakfast was amazing! Service was excellent. Parking was expensive. Only down part of trip.

I stayed in the bungalows with my 3 sons 10,7,6 it wasn’t much for them to do they have a pool the lifeguards ran a tight ship a lot of whistles blowing I didn’t like that it wasn’t anything to do besides the pool on the resort should add more community activities examples face painting, movie under the stars, team building legos etc

Proximity to park, the food was great The room didn’t have an exhaust fan and there were ants in our room. My son got a fungal ear infection from the pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was clean and easy to find information. We had some issues with the valet parking, however I do think it just ended up being a technical issue with the computer system.

I love the theme, the rooms....the staff To expensive for 1 night....the bunk beds are not comfortable either.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean The pictures was very misleading. We expected more based on pictures but that wasn’t the case.

breakfast was great! the playground let kids play close by and could meet other children from the neighboring rooms. a musty smell upon entering the room. body odor or urine

Everything was wonderful N/A

Close to Legoland. Awful! Did not stay. Room is not fit for 2 adults & 3 kids. Way to small & kids area is basically a closet. Trundle does not fit a teen & was hard as a rock with no pillows. No good restaurants nearby. Nothing fun to do after park.

Location!! Nothing!

The breakfast was very good. I also loved the theme of the room; it catered to the whole Legoland experience. will definitely book again in the future. The family fun activities were great. I also loved the pool side as well. The sheets felt grainy, so we slept on the comforter, and the mini fridge wasn't working but maintenance fixed the issue pretty quickly.

Great staff and clean rooms

The pirate theme and bunk beds for the kids. No delivery to room food service. Seemed a bit too dark at night with just the lamps.

ood afternoon I stayed at your resort for spring break my I’m disappointed at the beach bungalow the grass is dead, trees, the mulch needs to be replaced the playground area had fire ants so my kids could not play at the playground by our room you are charging 300 bucks a night the ground keeper needs to be fired this unacceptable, then the room was dingy the curtains had stains the windowsills had dust For a family of 4 two sets of towels i had to call guests service and ask for more and then the food was horrible the pancakes and French toast are frozen and cooked extremely hard like a rock the sausage was disappointing and there was not a variety no hard boiled eggs eggs or easy, sunny side no croissants muffins, toast, no grits 22 is a lot per person and you don’t have a variety immediately after breakfast he had to go to chick-fil-A Saturday because we was not satisfied with the food options this is unacceptable I was so excited to stay with your resort but I’m sadly going to leave you 1 star rating this unacceptable ood afternoon I stayed at your resort for spring break my I’m disappointed at the beach bungalow the grass is dead, trees, the mulch needs to be replaced the playground area had fire ants so my kids could not play at the playground by our room you are charging 300 bucks a night the ground keeper needs to be fired this unacceptable, then the room was dingy the curtains had stains the windowsills had dust For a family of 4 two sets of towels i had to call guests service and ask for more and then the food was horrible the pancakes and French toast are frozen and cooked extremely hard like a rock the sausage was disappointing and there was not a variety no hard boiled eggs eggs or easy, sunny side no croissants muffins, toast, no grits 22 is a lot per person and you don’t have a variety immediately after breakfast he had to go to chick-fil-A Saturday because we was not satisfied with the food options this is unacceptable I was so excited to stay with your resort but I’m sadly going to leave you 1 star rating this unacceptable

We loved the family friendly atmosphere. We definitely enjoyed the creativity and decor throughout the entire hotel. This is the first Hotel I have ever stayed at that did not have a washer and dryer for the guest. I find it mind blowing that the whole Hotel is based for kids but doesn't consider what kids and parents include to be in happy place and enjoy themselves. I drove 13 hours from Virginia and had my son get motion sickness all over the place. I need to wash everything from throw up while traveling only to have to once again travel away from the hotel to find a laundry mat and spend hours away from the hotel waiting for the laundry to be done. By the time we were done my son had 20 minutes to play in the pool before it closed. We got our 1 room for 1 night way after check-in time. Which I would have mentioned to the manager however she was already dealing with another Karen customer so I didn't make it a big deal. Though checking in late and laundry mat took away time from me being able to relax and rest before competing the next day in the Cypress Gardens All American competition the next day. It didn't go well since I was exhausted from this experience. Not to mention that we had paid a lot for 1 room at a hotel we thought we would be able to play in and enjoy ourselves. It turned into being a waste of money and just a place to sleep at. I'm highly disappointed and won't bother again with staying there for one night.

Please add game room style to main area, ex. , foosball , large screen tv, have sports options: ie.: NCAA basketball games; Super Bowl, World Cup soccer -adults need option, too

. The mattress on the queen bed was uneven, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The breakfast food was a separate disaster. The bacon seemed like it was drenched in syrup. I don't even want to talk about the coffee. The CEO of the resort needs to come incognito and try the breakfast.

I love the amenities Not enough slides for the kids

We had to check in 3 different times. Itinerary said main hotel but was actually at the beach. Second time room not ready. Came back 3rd time at 11:00 pm after a softball tournament. It took 30 minutes. Said new computer system was glitching. Terrible. We weren’t told anything’s about resort… free breakfast, shuttles. Room was dirty and had bed bugs.
