Staybridge Suites Winter Haven Auburndale by IHG

Unfortunately, the bed linens were soiled when I checked in. When I asked for housekeeping to change the bed linens, I was told housekeeping had gone for the evening and I had to change the dirty linen myself. By chance, I brought an oversized blanket and used that along with the new linens. As a guest, you should expect clean linens when you check in and housekeeping should be available 24 hours to assist guests as needed. Overall, the stay was ok. Had the experience with the linen been different, I would not have any complaints.

Definitely one of my favorite hotels ever. I love that it is located in the community so there are a lot of things that are walking distance. We were able to walk to the park and the local pizza place in a short distance. The staff were amazing. Every one was kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and are room was also very clean. Monday-Wednesday’s they have a social hour in the lobby and that was great. Free appetizers and drinks! The breakfast was also very good. Our room had a full fridge and a stovetop which was really convenient. My family truly enjoyed the room and all the space in it. I utilized the gym during our stay and it was nice. All of the equipment was in order. Overall I definitely plan on coming back.

The breakfast was outstanding every single morning. There were no exceptions—the quality was consistently excellent, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kitchen team did an amazing job and truly made each breakfast a great experience. Our room was always spotless, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a wonderful experience.

The amenities provided in each room made us feel right at home and added to the overall experience. Was a lovely stay at Staybridge the room where very nice ,loved the toaster and fridge . Breakfast was very good ,good variety and Lilly from the kitchen staff who was cleaning was so friendly and pleasant .. thank you Lilly for the chat . Parking lot was clean and well lite . Central location so we walked a lot and close to walking path ..Definitely recommend this place . Loved the happy hour drinks and appies ..nice touch Happy customer 😊Lisa from Canada

The property was very well maintained and clean all over. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved staying there. Perfect for a Lego vacation. Just 15 mins away from the Legoland.
