Clean room pool area clean. Quick 2 night stay for lacrosse. Plenty of restaurants within a 1/2 mile!

Thank you for such a wonderful and quiet stay. I was there off and on for a month because of my mom being in the hospital in critical condition. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I would change it get rid of third parties. Because of a situation that happened to me. Getting charged for a $50.00 one key cash or card. I didn't even want. The only way was for me to get a complete refund is I would have has to cancel the reservation. which It would take 3-7 business days to get our money. We didn't have at the time. I was up there to see my mother who was really sick who passed away on September 23,2026. I will never go thru Expedia ever again.

I love this hotel. All the staff was wonderful, personable and helpful. My room was fantastic. My bed was very comfortable and I will definitely use this hotel when I come back to Winterhaven. One last thing it’s very convenient to everything you need.
