Holiday inn Winter Haven is our stopping place.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Room smelled, ice bucket had nasty gunk on lid, tub had hair in it. Staff was super nice and helpful

When we arrived the first room wasn’t that clean but the lady at the front desk was super nice and offered to move us & that room was pretty clean . I didn’t like how breakfast wasn’t included and I know it has nothing to do with the hotel staff itself but we stayed 5 days and it seemed like a lot riff raff happening nightly and the prop stayed smelling like marijuana. Overall it was an okay stay. I will say the staff was the only thing that was 10/10 though .

My husband needed a room while doing training for his job in the area. This place has everything he needed - clean room, restaurant on site for breakfast or dinner, 24 hr gym, laundry facilities and it was within walking distance of many places to eat, including a Publix and Walmart nearby. The room had a mini fridge and single serve keurig which is always a plus.

Hotel is close to many convenient places but the hotel it’s self needs major upgrades, staff isn’t as pleasant almost annoyed to even be there. Room needed some cleaning I personally

The staff and cleanliness The bathroom was small. Two people couldn’t get ready at the same time. The pool had dead flies floating in it. I took the pool skimmer and for 10 minutes tried to get the dead flies out. Maintenance should keep the pool clean, not guests.
