No continental breakfast, staff was late upon check in, it’s a 150$ deposit for an already dirty room. Multiple reasons for an uncomfortable stay.

It’s an old outdated place, but it was good clean easy to find staff very good

AC doesn’t work, maintenance/front desk measured 104 by the door, 94 by the first bed and 90 by the second bed. Said AC doesn’t turn on until the guest arrives. During a heat advisory this is horrible, avoid them and I checked out literally 2 hours after checking in to find a normal hotel and they advised they will still charge me a night. They also said they’ve never had a complaint which their reviews say otherwise

We liked the big pool and it was warm. I suggest wearing socks in your room. Walking around barefoot, even after a shower, our feet were filthy dirty.

Everything was good other than the photo shows they provide breakfast. The staff were very helpful, it would be nicer if the vending machines carried diet drinks for us diabetic people also if they provided some type of complementary waters that would be nice other than that it was okay for the price.

this hotel is in a very poor condition they advertise free breakfast but they stopped serving it. The lights in the room did not work. No shampoo. The bed is noisy and the air matress is on very bad condition.

It says there’s a continental breakfast on here but there is none….i booked that room because it said there’s breakfast

Horrible experience overall, spider webs everywhere, breakfast was not included as advertised on the website, no shampoo available.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room—it did not meet basic expectations. Because of that, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying. We ended up only being there for about 3 hours just to rest briefly and let the kids enjoy the pool before deciding to leave and head back home. The pool area was actually decent and seemed to be one of the better-maintained parts of the property. However, I was also disappointed that the hotel advertises a free continental breakfast, which was not available during our stay. That felt misleading and should be clearly communicated. I do want to highlight that the front desk clerk was amazing—very professional, kind, and helpful. Honestly, they were the best part of the entire experience and handled everything with a great attitude. Overall, due to the condition of the room and the lack of advertised amenities, I wouldn’t stay here again, but I do appreciate the excellent customer service from the staff.

Rooms are clean but basic

I did not find it to my liking; the establishment appears to be in disrepair, and I believe it should be removed from Booking.com. That place was super sketchy, so we didn't stick around.

Air conditioning was an issue, took all night to drop only 5 degrees. Room was clean an parking wasn't an issue

I arrived at 11pm. There was not even a cup of water at the front desk. Anyways the worst part was the room cleaning and condition. The AC was off and when I turned it on it was smelling marihuana. I choose that hotel because it was supposed to be a none smoking hotel but the room was smelling that so bad. So i searched and found in one of the drawers had marihuana in it. Also the sheets and pillows were dirty. And the towels on the bathroom had nails on it. I asked to the front desk guy to clean my room and they just changed the sheets and didn’t clean anything. The towels still with the nails in and the marihuana’s smell and the drawer still dirty. Horrible experience. Don’t recommend.

The laundry area is not accesible , the microwave no working .
