You get what you pay for but the location felt safe, the staff was friendly, and the place was probably as clean as any of the big chain hotels actually are under their shinier veneers.

The employee's need to work on there customer service. Property was decent and clean. Cleaning staff were great and did daily housekeeping and got fresh towels everyday.

The property and rooms were very clean, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, temperatures were in the early 100's. There is a wal-mart two blocks away and plenty of food joints within a block. So if you aren't going to be driving your own vehicle. You have easy access to necessities.

We didn't like the smell in the room

Walked in the room and threw a spider webb and got to kill the big spider I’m assuming went to the Webb then the was a big beetle that ran across the sink vanity area so I took care of that. Also other than that everything was OK but the guy at the front desk is super super rude. I’ve stayed here before and every single time he’s incredibly rude. I don’t understand why

This was our second stay at Journey Inn for an early morning flight out of Sacramento. This stay was noticeably worse than out preciously stay. The bedding didn’t seem clean and it was a struggle to get extra towels since we had four people in our room.

Nice area Toilet was leaking and the tv options sucked

Skimpy on the toiletries. There was soap left over from the previous guests in the shower. That put me off a bit.

Bathroom was tiny ... overall room was clean ... there was a metal chair at the desk and I found the lighting at the desk area to be wanting ... in spite of these things I was pleased with a quiet location and felt rested the following morning

I suppose I shouldn't have booked with a hotel whose reception desk closed before I would arrive. But I did talk to someone beforehand who assured me they would text me instructions on how to get my room key when I arrived at 1 am. The text never came and I was forced to look elsewhere. I wish she would have just said 'yeah you should probably find another hotel cuz we can't accommodate that.' Oh well

Very clean room and clean bed spread, and inside everything was very clean

Amamzing place for the price, nice huge room, very clean, comfy bed, all was perfect. I highly recommend stopping here. Good shade on my vehicle, too, in the am, until I had to leave in the am, so the parking was very convenient and kept my car nice. No complaints.

I booked this room for my son as he had school up in Woodland for the week. This was his experience. Bedbugs! He checked the mattress the first night and didn’t notice anything suspicious, but when he noticed the bites after the second night he checked the boxspring and there were rust colored blood spots and black fecal spots. He told the front desk and they didn’t really seem to care. He requested a refund because he was not going to continue staying there. I’m not sure if we will be successful in getting a refund, at least for the nights he didn’t stay. Also, the person at the front desk refused to acknowledge anything in writing.

Enjoyable stay.

No breakfast there. They had a 5 police officer raid of a room near me the morning I was getting ready to check out. They were all positioned with guns ready in holsters, pretty scary. I asked the manager about it, he seemed not to care. I won’t be back there.

Great staff ac/tv/wall charger did not work water would not get hot bad smell in the room not properly vented

I plan on staying here a lot!! 👍👍❤️
