Candlewood Suites Woodward by IHG

This was a nice Candlewood Suites. Very clean and quiet. The elevator was broken, but it wasn't a big deal since I was on the first floor.

Elevator was broken for 3 weeks... my entire stay

Everything was very nice until the elevator quit working. That was very inconvenient!

Tub didn't drain well and dim lighting...not deal breakers.

I flew in from Seattle to deal with a family emergency that was very difficult and stressful. Candlewood Suites allowed me to feel a lot more grounded and comfortable as if I was dealing with the situation in the comfort of my own home. The entire staff was very accommodating and patient. This was the longest stay I have had in one hotel at one time. I don't think I would have felt quite as comfortable and any other hotel for that amount of time, especially dealing with what I was dealing with . I am very grateful to them and that everything was resolved and improved before my departure. Thank you Maybe a indoor pool or hot tub for relaxation.

My room faced the highway and you could hear the trucks all night long.

The over all experience was great. The staff was helpful when I had to extend my stay and also very helpful in pointing out food spots to try out. The 8 legged elephants in the room above me...

No breakfast. Everything else was fine.

IHG property, location was close for my needs To close to the Main Street, a lot of traffic noise being in a fro t of the building room. Also, windows on 1st floor were UNLOCKED when checking in, no screen either

We loved it here. It was so open and roomy and convenient. It has a full kitchen with everything you need in it. It was just perfect for us.

There is not a breakfast available there is a cupboard you can purchase from. I did like the beds and the water pressure. The room smelled like mold or mildew really bad. The a/c cooled it off but not a lot and wouldn't get any lower.

There was no breakfast. Parking was accessible. The facility was quiet and peaceful. Mold in the bath tub.

Hard bed

This was a VERY NICE Surprise. It was clean. They were courteous. I despise Hotel air conditioning, but this one was the best I have ever experienced. Did what it was supposed to do and was quiet. If in the area again, this is where I will stay. There was nothing that was unpleasant.

Price, location, friendly staff, and clean tidy room! These aren’t deal breakers but something to check into - Water pressure (super strong), room smells (strong cleaning solution like smell), thinness of walls.

Rooms were clean and spacious.

The room was great, with very well-equipped kitchen with full size frig. Room was very fresh smelling without felling the fragrance was covering up something. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. You could tell the staff take pride in keeping the property in tip top condition and want your stay to be wonderful! nothing
