Sands Inn & Suites

Bed was lumpy so didn’t get much sleep, hot water in the shower would not work. I travel a lot as an oversize escort and this was not one of the greatest stays. Mostly likely won’t return.

Very very old mattress, all corners of room filthy, cigarette burns in carpet and bedding. Awful maintenance, shower was cold. Not much good to say about it except the price was good.

Three of us in the family we're traveling and each needed a separate bed, so three queen beds were great

I recently had major surgery and cannot climb stairs. Somehow my request for a ground floor got lost in the shuffle. But upon check in we were switched to ground floor with no problems. Room was spacious, clean, and handicap accessible.

The room smelled like cigarette smell. I don’t smoke, so this was a terrible experience for me. The reservation was clearly for a non-smoking room. I will never ever stay there again in my life.

Check in was okay.

Was great place to stay clean and nice

I was in a room without a heater and hot for 2 days and 2 nights. I addressed the issues the the very 5 mins upon arrival and was told we'll get our maintenance to fix. I'd ask to change rooms but the front was rude and refuse to change rooms. Finally on day two maintenance said they would finally change me rooms. Only reason i stay because we were sharing a company vehicle. Never again.

Very friendly staff .The kitchen could of use a full dish and pots pans. BUT WE MADE IT WORK

Great hotel for the price! I love that they had a room woth 3 beds.

Well, I hate this but the key didn't work in my first room. Then they only gave one key to the second room. The sink had hot water but not the bath, no light bulbs, and no breakfast. The sheets were marvelous, but there was a mysterious wet spot on the carpet.

Very nice stay ...clean, economical and pet friendly. Office staff was very accomodating and courteous. Will stay here again!

We stayed four nights. We had to have our key reprogrammed 5 times! Evening clerk was constantly out smoking and on her personal phone. Asked for additional towels and dud not get them.

The keys wouldn't stay programmed. Every time I went to the office the clerk was outside smoking. Area around (sidewalk area) was dirty. Ice machine closet had trash in it.

We stay at the sands inn every summer for our family reunion! We always have a great stay!! The rooms are big and have lots of space. The kitchen is a huge help! We love our car being right outside our door! They are always super friendly and make sure we are taken care of!

The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the air in the room and she immediately gave us a different room. She came by a couple of times to make sure we had everything. There are a lot of places to eat around the area and we never felt unsafe. We’d recommend!
