The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance issues regarding our room which were brought up to the staff and addressed.

Staff was friendly on check-in, room was a bit more spacious than I expected. I mainly stayed here for the hot tub. Also appreciate the free breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage, although not exactly highest quality, but at least it wasn't just all cheap carbs like some places lol

Melinda went beyond expectation. My wife suffers from sciatica and needed an upholstered chair. Memlinda personally brought a chair in from another room. No handicapped accessible rooms available.

Clean rooms Horrible customer service from the staff, (Erica and Charleen,) both extremely rude and incompetent.

Your coffee tasted like hot water. The room was ok. However the lock one the door was not working. The tv only had 2 channels. And there was only one coffee cup in the room. The chairs in rhe breakfest where junk as someone tried tp remove the covering .

Everything was great just the bed made me and my wife itch all night long not like something was biting us like it might’ve been the laundry detergent. They use a wash the sheet in or something like that. other than that, it was great stay. oh, and the fact that you could hear other people slamming in the room doors and all night long. Would have been nice if there was closer parking.
