Everything about this hotel was great except the beds. The beds were just basic semi hard hotel beds. No memory foam like the other Hampton's I've been too. Couldn't have asked for nicer staff.

More than I need. Comfortable beds. Excellent bathrooms. The bathroom door showed signs signs of damage. I took pictures as I do not want charged for damages I am not responsible for. Day staff was Fantastic. Night desk person was huffy because I used an outside source to book the room. He was actually kinda rude. Some of the guests were rude as well. The Over privileged that are ANNOYING!

Nothing here I called the hotel to cancel and was told they would make receive a refund. Later the general manager wrote and never responded ded to me. I used Hampton for many years while traveling for work. I've never had an issue. Im extremely disappointed in them. You should never tell a customer one thing and then totally break that promise.

The lady working the front desk on Saturday May 9th in the evening(didn’t catch her name), she was absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful, she ran out to the entrance to help us bring our grandkids in during a storm. I hope she sees this, ma’am your kindness definitely did not go unnoticed and I hope you’re appreciated for all you do at the hotel.

Everything from check-in to check-out. The room was amazing and surprisingly way bigger than I imagined. Breakfast was the best!!! Location perfect. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Checked in around 5:00. Within a half hour we were told that a large section of Woodward was being evacuated due to wild fire. We threw our bags back into our car and went east 80 miles and stayed in Enid. Hoping we will receive a refund from Hampton Inn or Expedia sometime?!?
