What stood out are the beds/sheets. So good! But The gym was ok. The restaurant had potential but service was ok and although they offered coffee in the room, it would be nice to have another option besides walking into a restaurant and ordering a $7.25 brewed coffee. Also had to get my water there too. The excellent customer service comes in the small stuff.

Staff and Housekeeping staff are very nice. Although there is a Keurig style maker in the room The coffee pods are awful so bring your own or buy coffee from the restaurant …and it is pricey. The restaurant is very nice - the staff are almost always friendly and engaging. We only had One bad experience with a bartender across multiple visits (I guess she was having a bad day.) overall we recommend this hotel especially if you need a suite

Everything went well, as usual. Great stay for when you have anyone in the Umass Memorial facility across the street.
