Super convenient and clean place to stay. Only issue was the mini fridge didn’t work.

I arrived on Wednesday, all good. Did not know that I needed to pay for parking. Makes the price of the hotel seem decieving. The room was clean, the balcony had the screen door broken and it was green from the still water. Thursday morning, there was no hot water. Friday e evening went to buy some snack was waiting to be waited on and the attendant was rude that I pla ed everything back and didn't buy anything. Overall not that pleased with the stay.

We appreciated staff members for their quick response to my complaint. In the first night, we stayed in a room with loud noise from building’s roof top utility. After we reported the issue to the front desk, they changed our room for the rest of our stay.

Town is loud, lots of fire trucks going by. Pool is tiny even by indoor pool sizes. Close to museum of art.

The cleanliness was well noted. But we had to change rooms due to needed repairs in the one assigned. Staff was very accommodating making our experience overall very positive.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my stay at the Marriott Worcester on Grove Street. My daughter and I checked in around 10:00 PM after a long day of travel. We were in Worcester because my daughter is participating in a college showcase at Clark University, an important event that could impact her future. Instead of being able to rest and prepare for the next day, we were met with unacceptable room conditions. As a Marriott Bonvoy Business member for the past 13 years, I have always trusted Marriott to provide clean, comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standards I have come to expect. The room’s air conditioning unit was filled with an excessive amount of dust and debris. The attached photos show what came out of the unit when I cleaned it myself, as well as how filthy the towels became. The amount of dirt circulating through the room was alarming. I have asthma, and because of the poor air quality, I had to use my inhaler more than three times after checking into the room. Rather than sleeping, I found myself cleaning the room at 12:30 AM in an effort to reduce the dust and protect my health. To make matters worse, when I pulled out the sofa bed so my daughter could have the main bed before her showcase, there were no sheets provided. At that point, after midnight, it was incredibl

Property was clean, staff were very helpful and they were very accommodating. My girls needed to get ready before 3pm and they allowed us to check in early. This was a big help to us.

Breakfast hours horrible. Maid rushed us out of the room and was loud and yelled at us from down the hall way. Water temperature was scalding hot a child could get seriously injured

I liked the room accessibility and 24hr front desk assistance. $15 parking charge. Parking should be included.
