Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We arrived late but it was still very easy to park and the staff at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and comfortable and clean. I don't understand why hotels put frosted glass barn doors on bathrooms but once we got used to that everything was truly perfect. It was a great location, too, for when we had things planned outside of the city. I would definitely book here again.

The previous day, we had also been double charged, and while that duplicate charge was refunded, we were then told the following day that the hotel had no record of us checking in. This required us to once again reconfirm our reservation and address an issue that should have already been resolved. It is ridiculous that we have had to deal with repeated check in issues for three consecutive days, especially while getting ready for a wedding. We have spent an unreasonable amount of time resolving hotel administrative issues instead of being able to enjoy our stay and focus on the wedding.

They did have complimentary coffee, but not 24/7. We left at 5am hoping for a cup on the road, but it wasn’t available.
