The whole experience was quite bizarre. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk, which giving the guy credit, maybe he was taking something up to a room. But when checking us in he said we were lucky to get the last room

No clean room for two days although complained serval time

Exellent service

First room I was given was not cleaned whatsoever. Same bedsheets left from a previous customer, crumbs, toilet had hairs all over it, and cup marks all over the tables. Second room I was given had urine/fecal matter stains on the toilet seat. By the third room, I couldn’t trust that my room was clean. I ended up having to stay because the manager did not want to issue me a refund. He then proceeded to tell me why he didn’t want to refund, which was bc he paid commission to Expedia and therefore he was losing money… despite the fact I was given a dirty room TWICE. The front desk staff was nice and helpful through the situation. Anyways, I personally wouldn’t stay there again. (PS zoom in on the toilet photos to see hair and stains)

When walking into room, we noticed how dirty the bathroom floor was. It looked a bm had been tracked throughout the bath and entry. The carpet need to be vacuumed. The bedding didnt look clean. The bathtub was not clean. Staff moved us to another room. However,that room smelled like sewage. At 71 i need lots of light. With bedside lights it was not near enough. I wont stay there again.

Gave us a room beds not made up or ready to use. They did move us to different room.

The temperature of the room was PERFECT, the cleanest room ive ever been too! Breakfast was AMAZING 100/10 IT WAS PERFECT

And the morning staff could have been more attentive I had to wait for the man for over 15 minutes before he came to the front desk other than that the hotel was wonderful room was clean and comfortable would stay again Breakfast could have been better. Breakfast was good, and provided us with what we needed to start our day.

The Good: • The breakfast was okay (not too bad!). • The staff was generally fine. • The pool and gym were decent amenities. The Bad (False Advertising): • No Cribs: The website advertises "free cribs/infant beds," but when I asked the receptionist, I was told they didn't have any. • No Daily Cleaning: The site says they offer daily cleaning, which was not provided. My mom explicitly asked the cleaning staff in the hall to clean our room while we were out for 6 hours attending my graduation (trash was full, toilet paper was low). We came back and the room had not been touched at all. Conclusion: It served its purpose as a place to sleep, but management needs to address the lack of housekeeping and stop advertising amenities (like cribs and daily cleaning) that they cannot actually provide.

Breakfast wasn't bad, I liked the pancake machine when it worked I have a room smelled like mold and mildew it was hard to breath at night. I had to switch rooms and the scent was there too.

Room was not cleaned or made when I got there. Bed not made or sheets on it. Room was actually opened. No other option was given besides just throwing on some sheets.

Location wise its soo close to everything! 5/5 Breakfast was great! Overalll it was great! Staff are super friendly! The shower was leaking every single time we took a shower, the doors werent properly installed i guess so yeah, told the cleaning staff about it, they knew about it but thats it
