The pool was dirty

Centrally located in regards to suburban Dallas. Towns like Plano and McKinney are close by.

Pool needed cleaning

Great customer service but we no no tv service and the air conditioning smell like mold . I told the front person but not fixed .Smells so bad we didn’t stay in all day long.

Not bad for price . Lady at counter was amazing . Think the need new maintenance people bc stuff just needed to be done that was easy …

Cold water

It’s the second time we have stayed at this location. Great place to cool down when your A/C goes out at home

Not happy with the condition of the restroom was in. The shower glass door was almost coming off its track. Making it dangerous for people stepping into the shower.

The customer service was outstanding, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their guests. The property was quiet, safe, and conveniently located, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for making my trip such a pleasant experience!

The hotel was in a convenient location offering breakfast, a little shop where you could buy some amenities, and a nice pool with a “fire” pit. There was no hot tub and the pool was only an outdoor and I’m not sure if the fire pit worked, but that was okay for us. The pool was really nice and offered a 0° entry. The room was clean and had everything we need. Breakfast was sufficient.

The door to my room did not work so everytime i had to go to my room a frint desk attendent had to walk me to my room to unlock it with a master key untill they got keba jew room the following day

Good place to stay but need lots of upgrades inside the hotel and breakfast setup and proper timing needed M-F 6 to 10am and 7 to 10:30am specially in summer time. Customer paying lots of money etc…….

Not a good experience

Plenty of parking, clean rooms, above and beyond staff.

Had trouble with room (door to room would hardly close and would be easy to get into). Front desk did not want to move to another safer room. Had to call corporate number (which was not much help either, they refer you back to hotel which management would not respond). When we showed the front desk they had other rooms we could book at their hotel they finally moved us to new room. Would not recommend due to poor management.

I reserved a handicap room with a handicap bathroom & it had a tub in it. I had asked for a walk-in shower, Not happy with this stay & will probably not be stay at La Quinta any time soon!
