The staff was amazing at check-in and I felt very welcomed. Unfortunately this is the type of place where you keep your flip flops on at all times. Smells like old spice and stale smoke. Homeless people are everywhere outside so that doesn't help with the appearance. I really couldn't get past the smell. Also, the 24 hr pool was not open past midnight and the coffee wasn't hot. Couldn't get out of there quick enough after my one night stay.

The hotel looked newly remodeled and the accommodations were very well kept and clean The breakfast was nice with lots of options

A few things could be updated in the Hotel from the bathtub and shower. But would stay here once again

I really enjoyed my stay here. I only stayed for one night, but found it to be relaxing. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that was a little off to me was the smell of the hot tub. I was excited to relax in it, but it had a weird smell, as if it needed to maybe be cleaned or if there wasn’t enough chlorine. Other than that, I thought that it was an overall nice hotel for the price in location.

Everyone on the staff was polite, the room was clean, breakfast was good too! The hotel is in a rough area of town but you can't tell because the hotel still feels safe and is very nice still for the area its in. We loved it!!

Pool was open until midnight which was super helpful with my kids who’d been cooped up in the car all day. Room was clean but a little ready for an update.

The hot tub was not even warm, and the room we were assigned at first was not cleaned after the last guest. I booked this specifically for the use of a hot tub. Was not mentioned at check-in. The breakfast was very tasty and quite a spread.

There was no hot water and we were not informed . That was very disappointing. The toilet was not working either . First time this happens at this hotel

The hotel was great. Super clean and new pool 88 degrees and hot tub 101. Breakfast had everything you could want and was good . Our king bedroom was great.
