Clean Info was submitted to corporate, about an issue that occurred that is unacceptable and was discussed with staff the following morning of our stay. Having our rented room entered by another party, not once but twice, not knowing a strangers intent puts one into a scene that could have proved disastrous. Pass key card 1 of 2 was not activated, and I discovered this returning from the check-in desk after confronting the employee that created the entire scene. A ," o sorry I gave them the wrong room" response with how serious of a situation this could have become, is completely irresponsible and unexcuseable.

Staff was tremendous, we got in late and they were still very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic, everything was good and warm. Plenty of coffee and juices and a great selection of items to eat. N/A

Pool area was very nice! Hot tub jets did not work. Need comfy and room clean. Breakfast was excellent and well restocked! Every worker we crossed paths with was happy and pleasant to interact with.

Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, and breakfast options were ample. The area surrounding the hotel didn't have the nicest feel to it, but we felt perfectly safe in & on the property, and it is conveniently located just off the highway. Overall a great value.

Desk staff at p.m. check in was xlnt, so he fad fresh baked cookies for the guests....it's a nice touch in this day and age. We just overnighted and the breakfast area was very clean and well stocked with hot foods...thanks again for a pleasant stay. S & S T

The bed needs some help(comfortable but very worn) and the lock on our room was a pain and wouldn’t let us in without swiping the card over and over again. The staff was super friendly and helpful but didn’t offer a different option for rooms.

The staff was amazing at check-in and I felt very welcomed. Unfortunately this is the type of place where you keep your flip flops on at all times. Smells like old spice and stale smoke. Homeless people are everywhere outside so that doesn't help with the appearance. I really couldn't get past the smell. Also, the 24 hr pool was not open past midnight and the coffee wasn't hot. Couldn't get out of there quick enough after my one night stay.

The hotel looked newly remodeled and the accommodations were very well kept and clean The breakfast was nice with lots of options

A few things could be updated in the Hotel from the bathtub and shower. But would stay here once again
