This is the first time we stayed at this Best Western Hotel and we are satisfied that this will be our go to hotel whenever we are in Yakima.

Toilet paper wasn't to the level of the room and the shower head was terrible. Great detail to excellent by the house cleaning employees. Over all I will return for sure. It was a near perfect stay.

The bed I slept in was horrible. Felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. Other than that, everything was great and the staff is absolutely phenomenal.

Everything, the customer service, the neatness of the room. The pool was perfect and the breakfast, one of the best breakfast that I have experienced in a hotel. Better than some 4 star hotels

The breakfast was the best ever! Nothing could been better. Facility was easy to find. The young lady who checked us in was friendly, a d did a great job. She went out of her way to get us a remote for the tv. The price was quite high. Booking.coms ad said it was $75. I did not see anything that said this price was per person. Realizing this was not the hotels fault, it was a bit unsettling.

Would of given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the Hot Tub was in a “not completely in working condition, only a Water-Heated Tub “, was the only disappointment for the 3 day stay….

Our room and staff were great! The staff did an excellent job maintaining the breakfast and the eating area was very clean. We were a disappointed in the fitness room due to lack of weights.
