We booked this as a last min trip with our boys, staff were nice, pool & hot tub were perfect, the breakfast was amazing. The hotel was close to so many shops and restaurants. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Home2 is so-named, I gather, mostly because of the kitchen amenities: a 2/3-size fridge; crockery; a DISHWASHER; free use of an electric skillet if you ask at the desk; a pull-out oval table that could be used for indoor dining. But for my purposes as a typical vacation traveler, the room was worth far less than the approx. $250 (that's counting tax) I paid for it. Among its other "homey" touches were a dead bathroom fan; an AC unit totally unresponsive to pushbutton commands like "OFF" and "increase temperature" (I had to put on a jacket); mostly cheesy furnishings that were reminiscent of Motel 8s; a showerhead with no settings and jets sending water out in chaotic directions; and old ugly carpeting. On the plus side: the hotel is easy to find, being on Nob Hill, a major thoroughfare for which there is an off-ramp on 97/82 ; parking is extremely convenient; in the lobby, 24-7, is truly gourmet coffee (Raintreee, I think); the fitness room is well equipped; my room was quiet even though it was on the first floor and right next to an exit/entrance door; there was a nice office chair; and there was a heavy, silent pocket door for the bathroom.

The staff happily provided an additional blanket when requested. The breakfasts were good and during the busy breakfast rush, were quickly busting about refilling items as needed. They were courteous & helpful when people asked questions.

We always choose this location. The staff and cleanliness are both great. Our only complaint is the bed this time felt warn down.

Great value. Enjoyed with my family. Breakfast was sufficient, hotel was clean, rooms were nice. Took awhile to get my room to a cold temperature. Beds were comfortable. Game room was nice- x box had some uninteresting games but our children enjoyed playing it for a bit.
