Great hotel with free breakfast. I liked that they have a list of local events on board as you get off the elevator. Location was great with food around the hotel. The hotel was quiet and we had a great nights sleep.

Cute property but definitely more geared towards a business traveler. It does have nice patio and pool table.

Nothing was appealing. Loud music from neighbor room and they won’t enforce noise levels until 10pm. Small rooms, cheap furnishings, uncomfortable bed

Great stay at Tru by Hilton in Yakima! The room was clean, the shower had strong water pressure, and Luis and Anfrony were both friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

To begin with, the receptionist on duty was very rude during check-in. She also sold us some beers and allowed us to drink them in the lobby or patio. When we checked in, she didn't mention that they served breakfast, and we missed it when we went downstairs. They gave me a room with a broken light, and they had to move us to another one. The hotel is very nice, but next time we'd prefer a different hotel.

I always book the Tru when traveling to this area.

This place was fantastic. From the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted and welcomed. The rooms were clean, the common areas were clean and there was an option for breakfast. The morning staff was also very welcoming visiting with customers as they ate and walked through.

Overall, it is a nice newer hotel. I liked the downstairs lobby area with the pool table, lots of places to sit, and little convience store. The staff at the front desk was always very friendly. The room was decent sized and overall pretty comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was not amazing - the hot foods looked pretty unappetizing and one morning I tried the bacon which was a mistake. But there were plenty of other options (bagels, fruit, cereal, yogurt) so that was fine. I just wouldn't recommend it to someone wanting a nice hot meal in the morning. Overall, the HUGE issue with this hotel is the thin walls. The first night we stayed was quiet and comfortable - zero complaints. The second night there were people in the room next to ours who had their TV on and it was SO loud in our room. We were trying to go to bed and it was impossible. Eventually sometime after 11pm I called the front desk and they said it was after quiet hours and they would contact that room. I ended up having to call the front desk I think 3 times total before anything changed and it was after midnight. They had to threaten the neighbors with calling security. I honestly think the issue is just the terribly thin walls. It didn't sound like they were partying or anything, just watching TV but the TV might as well have been in our room. The front desk was super nice and handled it well but it was so frustrating not being able to sleep during a night away. If you cannot sleep with noise next to you I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you stay here.

Lovely 2 night stay, accessed the business Center. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Fantastic service and comfy beds. This is now our top hotel for when traveling to our cruise.
