Convenient to my sons house Pool not being open and not knowing about it. The whole reason we booked so the grandkids could come and swim.

Standard breakfast, juice machine was broken and not repaired during the 8 nights we stayed. Carpet in rooms was very dirty, walking barefoot left bottoms of feet black. Under the beds were items from previous guests (underwear) drain blocked in bathtub with slimy masses of hair, which meant water did not drain away, no replacement of tissues which was empty after the first day; mould in back of fridge, TV turned on by itself between 3 and 4 am in more than one room. Restaurant and Bar disappointingly slow.

We got the suite with the balcony to the pool! Was a great perk! 10/10 recommend!

The room was fairly clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. Our daughters & their families came to have supper with us & we ate at the restaurant there - Boss's Pizza. It was delicious & the staff were very friendly & accommodating. When we opened the door from outside to go up the stairs to our room, the stairs were disgusting. Either the carpet was off or coming off & filthy. We walked thru the pool area & from up above the water looked murky & the base around the basketball hoop was totally full of rust. I highly doubt I would have let my grandchildren swim in the pool if they had been with us. Breakfast was not good. While we know it's "typcal" hotel continental breakfast, we were not impressed. Paid a little over $200 for one night - won't probably be staying there again.

Checked in on July 17, when entering room 166 the AC was off. Upon turning it on it didn't work. We spoke with the front desk and they immediately told us they would send maintenance down. We waited a half hour and spoke with them again and were told again maintenance would be down soon and that they were booked and couldn't move us to another room. Then my oldest came in the room twenty minutes later and it was unbearable still and there was also the smell of urine so she went down and spoke with a different lady at the front desk and we were moved to room 226. Upon arriving in room 226 the AC was off and the room was extremely hot, we turned on the AC to 65 degrees and left to go to a family function as we were in Yankton for my grandmother's funeral. We were gone until about 10:45 pm that evening and returned to the room being unbearably hot. We spoke to the front desk and we were moved to room 269 and the AC was off yet again. We turned the AC on to 65 as we were instructed to and tried our best to sleep despite the room being extremely hot as noted by the night employee who brought us a fan as well to help with the heat. On Saturday morning we left for family functions and came back around 3 in the afternoon to the room being horribly hot again. Maintenance came down, removed the AC at around 4:30 and put in a new AC from another room and it worked. One of worst experiences we've ever had.

Common areas were very worn and dated..chipped paint..very worn rugs…poor condition for the price…pool open way too late (11 pm)…scary bartenders…untrained and lacking skills…breakfast was average at best

Our room was great. It took a bit for the AC to cool the room down but once it did it maintained the temperature well even with the excessive outside temps. Breakfast options were very good and the staff extremely helpful!
