Overpriced and need drastic updates

Entry way carpet very stained and very woren. Lobby needed to be more welcoming. Probably won't stay again

It was a very nice stay, clean room, nice staff. Answered any questions we asked. I was a little late for breakfast one morning, and he was nice enough to grab me a muffin and a banana and offer coffee. That was very nice of him. Air conditioning worked great considering it was like 90% humidity outside.

Basic room. Continental breakfast was normal goods. Room was clean but the AC unit was incredibly loud and had to be shut off due to malfunctions. If this hotel was cheaper I wouldn’t be so harsh but it was overly expensive

This was a great place to stay for the weekend with our dogs.

Building level one carpet in the room needs cleaning- turned socks dark like you were walking on dirt

I had luke warm water for my shower

What I would have liked; better coffee choices for the coffee maker in the room, no really, the coffee was bland. Cable tv reception was spotty, sometimes there was zero reception.

The room was okay. the bed comfortable. the bathroom floor needed work. something black built up in the corners, on the grout and on the baseboard. the carpet coming in the back is terribly dirty. it should be replaced. the halls were clean, well lit and smelled good. the breakfast was good and hard boiled eggs were a nice touch. And move the cigarette ashtray away from the doors. if there is a smoker there, the smoke drifts back into the door when it's open and there are butts all over the ground at the back door. a simple thing you could do to improve the look of the property at no cost.

Helpful staff and clean, but A/C filled the room full of noise trying to keep it cool.

Quiet, nice. Hallways and lobby just okay, but the room was very clean, very well maintained and the AC worked perfectly.

When checking in I was informed someone else had been checked into my room the room I was checked into wasn’t the cleanest
