Lake Lodge Cabins - Inside the Park

Coffee pot broken upon arrival third times a charm finally brought us one that worked. Room could’ve been vacuumed at least once during our stay. When you’re hiking, you make a little bit of a mess so that would’ve been nice. Saw wildlife from our window, went to wipe off the window with a towel to see the mule deer better and our towel came back black. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t like their sheeting process where they do not use a fitted sheet but flat sheets that are too short for a couple who are 5ft 10 and 6ft 5. Bring a foldable cooler in your luggage if you can. Room does not have a refrigerator nor a microwave. Having that small cooler helped to keep some items cold for snacking. Resort food OK not the greatest. Of course, everything is pricey on federal property so try to think ahead and bring some snacks to offset the cost.

Nice experience, cozy cabins and very friendly and helpful staff.

Rustic, but clean and well maintained. It is very convenient to general store shopping, restaurants, laundromat needs and all of the park attractions. I would recommend this property.

Cute lodge cabins inside Grand Tetons!

There is no WiFi except at the lodge and it didn’t work when too many people were there using it. The beds were comfortable and all staff were nice and helpful. Just know what to expect. Bare minimum at a high price.

For the price, there should be more decor, and furniture. WiFi in lodge is weak, and the lake is farther away than it sounded like it would be.

Great location to stay in Yellowstone park

Cabins looked tired and were low end. Beds two small for two. Just a step above tent camping.

Lodge cabins were clean, well heated, but missing amenities such as a tv, pool, spa, etc. Bed was a little uncomfortable but not bad. Lamp was broken, as was bathroom fan/heater. Dirt road to the cabins was in poor shape with large potholes. Wifi is only in lobby and not very fast. Location is nice, though, inside the park and we had mule deer grazing outside across from the lobby. Soda machines and hot chocolate machines in dining area were not functioning.

This property is very rustic but dated. Very bare-bones on amenities in the room.

The hotel management have a slogan "we're all ears" if you request anything or have a problem they make excuses or outright blaim the guest. We witnessed public guest shaming on multiple occasions and experienced it personally on 2 separate occasions. While not our worst hotel / cabin stay, watching & listening to employees openly talk about their poor treatment was a negative energy and we believe them especially after the way we were treated. Hotel lacked any consistency, or attempt at walk in the travelers shoes, no genuine attempt at solving issues or caring attitudes, just being right and not taking responsibility. Would not recommend, driving 30 minutes away and staying in a branded hotel would have been a better option.

Wifi only in the lobby area. Great view from the front porch near lobby. Room clean and very functional. Great shower/tub. Good location.

The hot water and cold water is separate and won’t mix before coming out from the tabs. It’s totally useless. It lacks a lot of basic stuff like paper cups, towels and the heater was not working properly

Lake Lodge Cabins met all the criteria that describes a comfortable and memorable stay for our family! We enjoyed the picturesque location, amenities provided, delish food options and the hospitality of the staff!

Towels were clean Bathroom was good Food was good (tried black bean burger) There was ice machine, water filling station in the lobby Roads were in pretty bad condition, quite full of pot holes Wi-fi was only available inside the lobby, not available even if you are sitting outside of lobby on chairs (so no question on wi-fi being available in your rooms - anyway that's not advertised) Lobby (inside) was mostly occupied (and full) with people who wanted wifi If you are fine getting completely disconnected from world then stay here since most of the Yellowstone also has no connection (T-mobile network data/text was not working, Verizon data/text was working for my friend in Lake lodge)
